I'm 22 as well. I would think your test is most likely fine, if you go to a doctor they'll hopefully point out and have you try a bunch of natural techniques to optimize your t-levels. Like sleep habits, diet tweaks. Especially at 22 I think trt/hrt would be the last thing they'd recommend unless there are underlying issues. Take a look and see if you're eating/doing anything that might be lowering your t levels. Unless there's some big issues and you're legitimately concerned about tlevels, I don't think any kind of test boosting product is needed at our age, most likely won't even work. BUT if the concern is real, share it with the doctors and medical professionals.
Most likely though you're probably just not consistently eating enough, like other ppl said. It's a monday to monday 24/7 approach. maybe try keeping a food log and then figuring out your macros for muscle gain. Myfitnesspal is a dope app but slightly tedious, however it helped me tremendously, definite game changer. What does your current nutritional regiment look like?
