Test cycle after SARMS Tri-stack?

Hi all,

I'm currently in my 9th week of the 12 week SARMS Triple Stack and really love the effects of the stack in my daily Crossfit training. Noticed much better endurance and focus during the workouts. Sure, some days are better than others, it's not all smooth sailing, but overall the effects are great. will take a month off for mini PCT.

Now, what is the next logical step? I think I want to go for strength, sacrificing endurance along the way, with having test only cycle.

What is your opinion?

Few stats: 30 y.o., 182 cm, 93 kg, 14-15% BF.

Thanks in advance!

You are 100% correct. A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle.

If you add cardarine to your cycle and use an AI to keep estrogen in the low-normal range, your endurance actually shouldn't suffer much (if at all).

Check out this video I made on how to run a first steroid cycle -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqBLCSaKsW4

In this article series I explain how to do injections -> https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...er-injection-techniques-–-part-2-a-49351.html

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone e or cyp 500mg/week (inject 250mg twice per week)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day <- very important to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention.
cardarine 20mg/day <- optional but a really good idea

After your cycle run the perfect PCT protocol: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

you should run blood work before your run AAS to flag any existing problems

if you didn't go into your sarm's stack with problems you should have a strong HPTA to work with. i have found though thanks to environmental and lifestyle that many guys have existing poor HPTA

@muskate:
Was thinking of adding cardarine into the cycle so thanks for confirming. The RoidMass aromasin comes in 10mg/tablet so stick to 10mg or try and divide a tablet into 4 to get to the 12.5mg dosage?

@stevesmi:
Blood work will be done before running, during and after cycle. Need to wait with it after my current SARMS cycle.
Could you elaborate on the problems with HPTA that you mention above? Got me curious.

many guys in their 20's and 30's already have low test numbers due to many factors. many of them have no idea until they actually run blood work how bad it is

I really like idea of a test only cycle for you here.

To answer your question on the aromasin, just run 10mg EOD. That is a great dose for most guys. Aromasin is often made in 12.5 or 25mg tabs hence the recommended dose is sometimes 12.5mg instead of 10mg EOD.

Gents,

Thanks for all the info.

Last question: any suggestions towards the diet during this cycle? Currently I eat around 3500 kcal/day with P: 166 g, C: 490 g, F: 97 g. Guess I could lower the carbs and increase the fat, maybe amp the protein intake to more than 0.8g/lbs.

Your protein intake is very low and not near optimal for a bodybuilder.

Check out this video I made on how to calculate your calorie, protein, carb and fat requirements -> https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...s/nutrition-101-carbs-proteins-fat-46427.html

A rough estimate to determine how many calories you need is to multiply your body weight (in pounds) by 15. That will give you the amount of calories needed to maintain your current body weight. If your goal is to gain weight, multiply your body weight by 17-18. If your goal is to loose weigh, multiply your body weight by 12-13.
For example, a 200 pound person would need 3000 calories to maintain his weight (200 x 15 = 3000).

Once you have determined your calorie needs. Set your protein intake. A good number to shoot for is:
1-1.5 grams of protein/pound of body weight for natural athletes
1.5-2grams of protein/pound of body weight for enhance athletes

Once you have set your protein intake, fill the rest of your calorie intake with carbohydrates and fat.

I would keep it simple and get the protein to 1.5g per lb body weight and then fill in the rest.

Carb cycling is a perfect way to diet. It just makes sense to eat more carbs on the days you expend more energy.

OK, I've been using 0.8g/lbs protein ratio but will double the amount during the cycle. A calculation below without using carb cycling.

207 lbs (94 kg) is my BW. That gives 3105 kcal/day (x15) but I'm at around 3519 kcal (x17). Could go up to 3726 kcal/day to gain mass (x18).
Up to 25% of calories should come from fat, 1.5g/lbs is planned protein intake, the rest(?) should be carbs.
Energy derived from macros is: P 4 kcal/g, C 4 kcal/g, F 9 kcal/g
(now some Excel magic)

3519 kcal/day
P: 311 g
C: 349 g
F: 98 g

3726 kcal/day
P: 311 g
C: 388 g
F: 104 g

Now, with training 5 days a week (and not doing my own programming but following my Crossfit box programme) how to cycle carbs for the above scenario?

Basically use those carb numbers as your high carb days like back and leg days. Decrease them by 100-150 carbs for medium carb days like chest days, decrease them again to around 100g total for light days such as arm days. That is just my thoughts but check with Muskate to be safe.

Muskate has whole plans and templates on here if you search for his routine.

Ordered things for the cycle today from RoidMass. Going to start in June for 12 weeks.

Q: do you know how quickly does RM reply to tickets left on their website?
