Test dose while cutting , advice needed

I've recently started a cut on test only, 300mg (real pharma)
I'm starting Tren-Mast-Prop in a few weeks....

I have 800mg of Pharm test Cyp left (should've saved it for a bulk).....I'm overdue for a shot and I'm curious to get some opinions on whether I should raise lower or keep my dosage at 300mg....200mg or 400mg? I'm 6'5 290 and for the first time in a month I'm having to chop away at my carbs as I've hit a plateau..... I'm at 80f 350c 350p right now.....strength seems to be maintaining....my Bench took a hit as I pulled something in my front delt and its killer while benching....

Soo what should I do? Raise lower or stay the same? Like I said I have 800mg left and I need it to last atleast another 2 weeks....

IM TRYING TO avoid any kind of unecessary bloat as I have a wedding that I'm the best man in and it's hard enough to get my tux to fit as is lol
 
The higher your body fat, the more testosterone that will aromatize into estrogen. Based on your states, I would keep the testosterone at 200mg/week. Make sure to run an AI with your cycle, even with a low dosage.

I recommend aromasin from ag-guys.com at 10mg EOD
 
Just so you feel good about the decision to listen to these fine and wise brothers - I am adding my voice to theirs and saying the same thing. Drop the dose to 200mg/week and control your E2.

Add in another day of cardio to help you with the plateau. You should already be doing 3 days of 20 minutes each with an average heart rate of around 135bpm. If not, then start doing that. If you need help with the endurance, I would HIGHLY recommend getting the SARM GW50. Technically it is a PPAR Agonist, but it is sold by those who sell SARMs, so most people just lump it in with the others. GW50 WILL greatly increase your endurance, allowing you to do much more cardio and lose more fat. :)
 
Agreed with all plateau is due to not progressing your program wether it be cardio or resistance training. Make the body adapt. Cardarine is awesome keep test low, maybe add some Mast for cutting if that is goal
