The one and only way to know for sure would be to have your blood tested.

I'm 33 and had same results. I went to the doctor and had blood work done. He prescribed me test and now I've been on it for about 6 months and I feel 18 again

The only way to know for sure is to get blood work done. Go to your doctor and prescribe your symptoms and ask for blood work. If your testosterone levels are low, he will probably want to put you on testosterone replacement therapy. It will involve once per week injections. It really isn't that bad.

If your testosterone levels are low and you don't want to use injections, your best option then is going to be a very good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com.

...no injections please,thanks.

Performed correctly, injections are completely painless. So if it comes to that, don't allow such an unfounded fear to interfere with your treatment. What you will gain with respect to quality of life will greatly outweigh any discomfort you may experience.

Not possible to say the cause of this lethargy and decrease in libido, therefore my suggestion would be to do some blood work

no doubt your T levels are low. and you shouldn't have to go through life like that.. your doctor can prescribe you testim or androgel.. but I would recommend before bothering with that getting RS transaderm, which is a topical test cream just like them. no prescription needed and legal. it is pricey of course, but it works.. you can buy it here>>> http://www.ruthlesssupplements.com/123.html 5 squirts to your upper chest/back every morning after your shower and you will feel better

You really need to get blood work done to see what your test levels are at. Doctors can prescribe test gels and creams but injections would be your best option for TRT.
