Probably starting to crystallize. Have you been storing it properly? I've never had this happen to me, so I can't give you advice from experience, but I have heard people say you can heat it up and get it back to original form.

Crystallizing and murky cloudy are two different things I'd send it back to your source and try to get your money back I wouldn't trust it...

Sounds like it crashed. What is the concentration and what lab is it from? You may be able to re suspend it by putting it in a pan with hot water

Had this happen before with prop, just crashed. Heat it up and should go back to normal then.

When test crashes it usually will form crystals that sink to Bottom ans stick to vial. Almost looks like sugar that is undissolved in a ice coffee. It sounds like you have something different. I would not use it contact source.

My experience is usually bad with gear like this. Cloudy can mean crashed or just poor quality. Either way not worth the issues. You could re heat and all but why would you want to deal with that.
Hit ur source up for a replacement. If they refuse there are plenty of new sources for you here. Test is usually only 40-70 bucks.
