Thoughts for upcoming summer cycle/log

Hey guys, so its been a few months since I last posted/ finished up my last log, but with summer coming up and it being about 4 months since I finished my last cycle, I'm gearing up for a nice summer cycle and wanted to bounce some ideas of the people here.

The last cycle went really well, put on a total of 20-24lbs lean mass, went from 196 to 216, but I got a bit leaner as well so its hard to say exactly how much muscle I put on. After pct I ended up around 210, which is where I currently am, all in all it was extremely successful for it being my third cycle and having been lifting for roughly 10 years at this point.

For the next one I was thinking of a pretty similar lay out, only difference is I would bump of the amount of gear every so slighty around 25% for test and 50% for tren, and I will be dropping the tbol. So my layout would be as follows:

Test-E 250mg/wk, 1-12wks, up from 200mg/wk
Tren-A 75mg/eod, 2-10wks, up from 75mg/wk
Aromasin 10mg eod, 1-12 wks

PCT will be exactly the same as my last cycle.

As for my goals, 215-220 is about as big as I can get on my frame and remove mobile and fast, I'm 6'1 and a rugby player, so that is important. As such my goal for the cycle would be a modest 10+lbs increase, ending up in between that range after pct, while getting a bit leaner, nothing crazy or unattainable considering the compounds involved. Last cycle I only ate about 3500/cal per day, but seeing as I was coming off an extreme cut the previous summer, that amount did wonders. Now since I maintain at 3500 I'll be starting at 3800 for this cycle and adjusting as needed.

So there it is guys, I haven't purchased anything yet and I'm not planning to start till June, so any and all thoughts are welcome.
 
Your cycle looks good. 2 tips

1. Because you are using a nandrolone (tren) you want to add an anti-prolactin drug like cabergoline to your cycle. 0.5mg E3D is a good dosage. You can order it from ag-guys.com
2. Cardarine gw is a great addition to any tren cycle to reduce tren related side effects and increase fat loss. http://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

You didn't mention PCT but trenbolone is very suppressive. You are going to want to use a very good PCT protocol after your cycle. I recommend the perfect PCT protocol. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/
 
Appreciate the feedback Trevor, and yea I should been a bit more specific, pretty much everything but the dosages,and the fact I'm dropping the tbol, is going to be same as my last log. I do have caber on hand from then, thankfully didn't need it and I've got a nice stockpile of gw I just keep around all the time anyway.

Are you sure tren will go hand in hand with rugby? Because it impairs your stamina & endurance. However, GW might help you out on that. Its also nice that you are already aware of AI and caber that you need to have in order to avoid estro/prolactin related sides.

Proper PCT its also a must after any cycle, so I would follow the perfect PCT that muskate posted.

That is always a concern, fortunately last time I really didn't notice too much, if any of a negative impact on my cardio ability, since this is a higher dose the likelihood of that happening is higher obviously, so if it does I'll just ease it back down,my goals are modest, just trying to make the best of the minimal off season I have since in season injuries and activity level make it pretty much impossible to make any gains.
 
The cycle looks decent. However, as mentioned above, I would not keep on hand the cabergoline, and would rather use it from the first day of the cycle, since you are going to use a considerably higher dosage of trenbolone. After all, it will be three times as high as previously. Also, keep in mind that the bad thing about side effects is that they are unpredictable - on one cycle you may have no side effects at all, and on the next one they can hit you all at once. This is why it is best to prevent them without giving them the chance to even appear. Also, Cardarine would definitely be a good addition given your goals and involvement in endurance sports.
 
Thanks Lev, those are good points, to be honest caber is a bit too expensive to run all the time, but I think I will get my hands on some prami and run that at a very, very low dose just to have something keep the prolactin in check. The dosage is actually only 50% higher, I'm going from 50mg/eod to 75/mg every other day, but still that averages out to almost 300mg/wk which is a decent amount. Appreciate the feedback and I'll definitely be going that route.
 
Also, what is everyones thoughts of adding low mast dose onto the end of this cycle, say between 200-300mg/wk just a finisher? I'm tempted but with tren already being pretty hard on the body I figured I should ask around. If I did add mast, I would start the tren at 50mg/wk and either keep it there or go up to the 75mg/wk based off how I was reacting.
 
I'll probably just drop it then, wanted to test it out a bit if it won't do anything over that period of time, might as well just keep the number of drugs to a minimum.
