First the tren cough happens to the best of us and there's no way to prevent it. If it happens just be ready to cough your guts out for a minute or two then it passes. There are certain areas that it seems to always occur so when you find them try to avoid it. Then you have the night sweats and insomnia. This is another one of those things that's gonna happen. Some days are worse then others and your body does seem to adjust to an extent. Then there's the possible Ed sides from the prolactin increase. I've found the easiest way to prevent this is by running a low dose of test and controlling estrogen. With tren the huge increase in estrogen from test and other highly aromatizing compounds makes the sides far worse. So we avoid those and let the tren do its magic, and it's the closest thing to magic your gonna find in an aas. The high bp, strain on the lipids, and heart burn, can be easily controlled with n2 guard for most people. Some also have trouble with fatigue brought on by trens nutrient partitioning effects. You easily fix this by eating more carbs. All aas do this to some extent but none as good as tren. On tren you burn through body fat without even while on a caloric surplus. The fatigue from broken sleep patterns is another story and its gonna take a good pre workout for that. But once your in the gym you'll be a fucking animal. Like some others have said its good to try a bunch of other aas first before tren, but its your choice. As long as you keep test low then 300 mg tren shouldn't be an issue. I run it at 800 mg with no problems and few sides because I only run 250 mg test with it. An hrt dose of test and 300 mg tren should provide outstanding results and few if any sides in most. Just make sure you run adex or aromasin and n2guard with it. Keep caber on hand if you need it by I don't ever need mine when I run it like this. When I ran test high and tren low I needed that shit on a regular basis.
