Ok fellas so I dropped 400mg tren E at week 9 due to so much reflux and heartburn,took a good 12 days for it to subside completely.i really want to throw tren back into this cycle,any suggestions on what best to neutralize reflux.like I tried quick Eze but that was only temporary relief for like 30 minutes,then eno seemed to work for a week or two but didn't do the job.i mean this was 24/7 acid reflux without mercy.any ideas guys.

This seems to work for a lot of guys at getting rid of tren reflux. It works for me. I used to get the tren reflux so bad before I started tudca.

Fuck the Quick Eze off (it done fuck all for me) and get yourself Nexium and take once a day. Its a PPI (Protein Pump Inhibitor) meaning it slows and pretty much shuts down the acid production in your stomach. Its the best thing that fixed my acid reflux while on the Tren.


Ps. Nexium is on the shelf product at most Chemists

I take pantoprazole 40mg tablet in the morning and 300mg nizatidine tablet at night before bed whenever I cycle on tren and that gets rid of my reflux completely. Both are prescription only but super easy to get. Just tell your G.P you have reflux and that a friend suggested those 2 I mentioned before.

If nothing else works for you give that combo a try brother, I find they both work very well at stopping reflux symptoms completely.

Second this, nexium 100%. Im on the same cycle bro test e, tren e and mast e and running similar dosages. Been on tudca for aroumd 3 weeks but yeah 24/7 reflux, 1 nexium and havent had any for 3 days. Not one a day just the one haha. And yep its at any chemist no prescription needed.

Lower the tren to start, no need to be 400mg unless your Nick walker in a prep haha

Then take reflux drugs, best way is instascripts or just book into a GP and say reflux is so sever and they’ll prescribe you some

I lowered the tren from 600 to 500 to 400,I'm good where I'm at,used tren ace for many many years at 400 plus,I don't suffer bad sides from tren even at 600mg,only recently switched over to enanthate,hence the reflux but that's under control.300mg to 400mg is an average dose.

Each to their own bud. Why not cut the tren out completely, long term effects aren’t worth it unless competing.

I’d recommend just running primo or mast e, least with these you can run it 2:1 with test. Resulting in low test, for example 300-400 test side effects then take 650-800 mast. Always remember less is more if conjoined correctly with good training, diet and consistency

I hear you bro,this will be my last tren cycle,have much better compounds on hand,Bayer primo, testoviron,plenty of masteron,deca .I started the tren blast so I'm going to do finish it.am running masteron within.

I just can't throw opened vials out,have to finish my cycle,I've still got 3 of tren ace full,10 amps of Alphapharma tren E,2 more vials tren E, one almost empty and one full.i know I can't use them all in this cycle,lol,wish I could but it's gotta end when it should.then what,hard to let vials rot.

Bit late to the party but agree with the nexium. Been using this (same active ingredient) for when it flares up and seems lime the only thing that works

Its good hey, I was have 24/7 heartburn. Have taken 2 tabs over the last week with nonissues at all. If I feel it coming on, bam take one and be done with it. Life savers

First time ever using tren e and long time since last used tren a. Dont even remember if had any reflux/heart burn issues back then. Always love the cycles just gotta find ways to deal with issues that may arrise. Thats what theses forums are good for too. Sharing experience and knowledge with people that need it

Beauty of Nexium (Esomeprazol) is it targets the source and actually shuts down the stomach acid production. Whereas products such as Quick Eze just mask the stomach lining for a few hours then its back again.

The only negative thing I've read up is if you use it too much it can reduce muscle function and mass. There is a study done you can Google "Proton Pump Inhibitors and body building"

"Long-term use of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) is common in patients with muscle wasting-related chronic diseases. We explored the hypothesis that the use of PPIs may contribute to a reduction in muscle mass and function in these patients."

But dont stress this is from long term consistent use. I take like once every 3 to 4 days while on a Tren cycle and I havent noticed any issues, the benefits outweigh the sides.

Yeah bro I only just started and have had 2 in the last 7 days. Working well but still have a vial and a half of tren to go haha
