400mg/week of Tren Acetate is a shit ton, IMHO. That's well over 500mg week of Tren E...again...way too much IMHO.
If you are planning to run Tren E, I would recommend about 350-400mg/week maximum. As stated, if you are not growing on those dosages then your training, diet (most likely suspect), or genetics are that good. Ironically, I don't think I have crazy good genetics, but Tren makes me so vascular and hard. I love the stuff.
