Triple Stack + MK677 weight gain

I'm on my second cycle of the triple stack (8 wk break between)
GW
Osta
S-4
HCGen
N2Slin

and second consecutive 8wk run of MK-677 in a 16 week cycle

Love the strength gains
Endurance is good in that I can lift all damn day if I wanted , not so much when I start running. It seems to me I may be expecting aerobic endurance and SARMs are maybe anaerobic endurance? Thoughts?

Anyway I was just a tad over 200lbs last year at end of summer, now after 2 cycles I'm struggling to get under 230!!
Good for barbell.....bad for running
I track my food daily and even in Keto (blood monitored) I gained weight, very frustrating. I have run down to 18-1900Cal a day and still seem to sit heavy while on cycle.

Anyone else have this happen? I am really wanting to lose some BF mass....not increase. Driving me nuts that I'm going the other way, I'm happy to pick up some more muscle...but this can't be 20lbs of lbm, that would be impossible

I've only heard of people losing body fat on SARMs. I get my body fat measured every three weeks. But even if I didn't, how are your clothes fitting? That's a tell tale sign. I weigh more than I ever have in my life right now (almost 240), but all of my clothes still fit that I wore when I was like 215. In fact, probably a little better.
 
Clothes fit great, tighter in thighs ...lower body really thickened up in a good way.. Good definition and mass increase

Upper torso/gut thickened up in a "puffy/soft way" not desirable at all...I looked bloated as hell

1 cup brown rice
1 tbsp butter
Water

2:00
1/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup egg whites
Water
Black Tea

1 cup brown rice
1 Tbsp butter
mixed Veggies(5oz)
Water

9:00
1/4 cup brown rice


Most days I stay around
~1800-1900 Cal

180g Carb
180g protein
50g Fat

Doesn't look bad from a sodium perspective. Maybe try dropping the sarms for a bit after this cycle and trying just GW with N2Slin. Just run those 2 and do hiit cardio like a mad man. I think the increased cardio may be a key for you. You could also try adding yohimflame once it is back in stock for the fat specifically in the belly area.
 
I'm only 2 weeks into this cycle, should I bump out and just finish out on GW nod N2Slin?

everyone has certain goals. if your goals are to get bigger and stronger then you found how to do it

if you want to go back to being a skinny runner, then simply lay off androgens and go back to cardio with less weight training. for me I could never go back to being a skinny runner again, I like being big and strong.. showing off my arms and wide shoulders/chest.. when I was a runner I would have to take my shirt off to be noticed, otherwise I looked like a skinny wimp

That's what I would do. Save the SARMS for another run and focus on cutting the next 8-12 weeks.

Overall your diet looks not bad but you are taking in a lot of unnecessary calories and fat from the butter. I would at least replace it with a monounsaturated fat like olive oil.

Replace the apple in your 930 am meal with either a can of tuna or a whey isolate shake.

Same with your 900 meal, replace the brown rice with a protein source. Low fat cottage cheese would be a good option before bed.
 
I don't know if you look at my stats… But there's nothing about me that says skinny runner
At just over 6' 4 and pushing 230 pounds I'm a pretty big guy

I am not "skinny wimpy runner"

I participate in a lot of aggressive endurance events and keeping my overall body weight in check is critical, just as critical as strength.

I wouldn't worry. If you have a natty nest booster on hand it won't hurt but 2 weeks shouldn't be too bad.
