Approved Log TRT and Cycle Training Log

Another good day. After am workout, I did a high rep, PT chest/shoulder workout with a buddy. Nothing worth logging was intended to reduce the strain on my shoulder issue.

Best part of the day was having a 15 min conversation with the old timer greeter at the grocery store. He took a genuine interest in the KT tape I had on my shoulder and we just started talking about him training back in the day and all the issues he has now. It was just a nice moment to share with a stranger as it seems nowadays people are walking around the stores with headphones on and no interest in opening themselves up to engage with other people...

6:15am Wake Up
7:30am Cardio:
  • Warmup and wrist roll ups 5 lbs x 15
  • Warmup 300 band pull apart pulses
  • Warmup 300 calf raises
  • Cardio 45 min on Arc Trainer
2pm Workout:
20 minutes stretch/warmup
4 Rounds (was shooting for 5 but this workout was a motherfucker and strained my shoulder more than anticipated) 30:45 to complete
  • 315 lbs Deadlift x 3
  • 140 lbs (70 each hand) 100m Farmers Carry (First 3 rounds without stopping, 4th round stopped at halfway point)
  • 12 Back Extensions
  • 200 lbs Husafell Sandbag - Lift from ground, carry 50' set back down
6:30pm Walk
  • 2 mile walk, no weight Listened to @Davie_Rich19 podcast episode during the walk today. Another solid interview.
Macros below - I may need something else before bed, I've been waking up wanting food in the middle night. If I add anything I'm thinking greek yogurt with 1/2 cup berries... I hope that's what I grab anyways. Those night time munchies cravings are strong

6am wake up: Haven't been sleeping great but paying attention to my food intake has been making up for it cause I've had good energy even with limited rest.

7:30am workout:

3pm Workout: Took it pretty easy today, tried to do some incline bench but realized I didn't like the pressure it was putting on the shoulder so swapped it out for below.

  • 2 mile unweighted walk with the wife - didn't get to listen to the podcast today.
Macros: I think I might start reducing the early calories in the day so I can consume more later, I've been getting hungrier in the evenings but I also take my Tirzepitide on Saturday's so I'm sure that's losing potency on a Friday anyways.

Also got another TD on gear I ordered, again this was before I got linked up with EVO otherwise I would have gone with site approved brands... Still plan on waiting to start any cycle but I'm getting ready.

Hope everyone's having a good day. I'm headed to the beach tomorrow, I have every intention of staying on track while we're gone. Been picking up a lot of pointers from various members as I read through everyone's threads, thanks to everyone for the support.
 
Morning fellas. Yesterday was first day of vacay down at the sunny shores of Destin, FL.

No workout yesterday and did a good job keeping the food in check, had 3 drinks which is included in yesterdays macros.

The wife and I are biking to the gym to get a workout in this morning.

At some point I’m gonna get shit faced, it’s unavoidable. But I’m gonna do my best to keep the drinking under control.
