My nutritionist/"coach" told me to drink a lot of water. I've been taking it shortly after waking up in the morning on an empty stomach, so that may be the reason why. Despite the headaches and lethargy I'm definitely noticing amazing, improved pumps in the gym, and even for extended time after the gym -- though I'm only a few weeks in. Haven't noticed any irregular strength or endurance improvements, but that's not really expected at all , especially not after a few weeks.
I'll try taking it after a meal, and I'll look into N2guard.

I'm taking only Ostarine, well was. Four weeks into my cycle (approx.) I started to have pains around my bellybutton for 1-2 days until I started to bleed out of my bellybutton. I went to the emergency room, they told me I had an abscess and an infection. I ended up having surgery and I'm currently recovering. Since today, I've been out of the gym for exactly a week and it's been difficult for me to sustain a good diet. I'm not sure if it was from the Ostarine, but I don't think it was. I was doing an 8 week cycle, and I stopped 4 weeks in because of the surgery. I think I might not be able to workout for an additional 1-2 weeks. What should I do with the Ostarine? Just finish the cycle when I get back to the gym or what?

Hi everyone! I'm new here in this page and just discovered SARM's recently so I got A LOT of questions and doubts about all this SARM's products.. I guess the best for burning fat is GW right? Or maybe I need to buy that cutting stack? I'm from Peru so I don't know if I can buy from you, guys.. and also.. is these SARM's healthy? As for your question.
Yeah you would do fine with a GW/Ostarine stack. If it is your first time using them, just go with those 2. Don't go too crazy by adding in a bunch of other sarms for your first cycle. Also consider that if you run ostarine, you will need a mini pct as it is mildly suppressive. For your purposes, maybe you should just stick with GW. Nice and simple and only worry about diet.
Now, you are 28% body fat. So using any sarm will not act as some miracle drug. With so much body fat, you are going to really dial in your diet and hit the cardio, hard.
As for safety, well, hard to answer. Firstly, sarms are considered relatively "safe." However, a lot of this is bro science. I dont care what people say but in reality not much is known about sarms and you will be taking that risk by using them. Secondly, there is no way to know the long term side effects so you will have to take that risk as well.
Again, for your purposes, I would stick with just GW and a solid diet with good training. Good luck.

Some SARMS are suppressive. If you have real LGD for example it is very mildly suppressive. This is why a mini pct is necessary. If you buy SARMS in capsules, there is a good chance they are actually prohormones. This is when people report major suppression and even gyno. You need to stick to a good company like sarms1.com. They sell SARMS as research chemicals which is the only legal way they can be sold.

I bought it from researchchems but I keep reading everywhere that s4 is blue and mk is clear? My next cycle will be from s1 so I can see the difference.

Each company will colour their SARMS different colours. The colour of the SARMS means nothing.
I have never used researchchems personally but there was recently a thread posted by a board member saying that he got scammed using the site. I can't talk from personal experience but based on his recommendation, I would pick a different source.

You can't tell by the color, as it is merely a technical thing in SARMS that has nothing to do with the active substance or its effects. In fact, even the same brand will send you sometimes the same compound with different colors, so don't worry about that.

Hey Gearhead or Dylan or anyone to whom it may concern... I placed an order on sarms1.com on August 8, eight business days ago, and the order hasn't been successfully processed. Under order history it says "STATUS: HOLD-CB FORM." My credit card hasn't been charged, but the card works, I've used it for many things (including online purchases since then).
