Tuna

I dont have a lot of money to spend on my diet and found that costco sells a pack of 16 cans of skipjack tuna for around $12, each can contains around 45-50g of protein. The problem is that i read that people should limit tuna consumption to once a week because of mercury content. I was wondering if this was true? Also, i take a small amount if chlorella heavy metal detox anytime
I eat tuna. Will this also allow me to eat it more often and be safe?

I have read up on this and from what I've read.
The Skipjack is a Good Choice................................. JP
P.S.
Here's a listing of Mercury Ratings per Type of Tuna.
It also has an Eco Rating.
P.S.S.
I think the Chlorella is a Good Addition as I also use it.

Thanks JP. You know any charts for things that detox lead and other stuff. That first chart definitely helped.

If you actually have been Exposed to various Heavy Metals.
There is Chelation Therapy to remove the Metals from your Body.

If not, you can add Cilantro to the Chlorella and have a very Powerful Chelation Therapy.................. JP
P.S.
Make sure you are taking enough Magnesium before starting any Chelation Therapy.
Magnesium helps to Relax the Arteries thereby making Elimination of the Toxins easier on the Body.

I eat skipjack tuna almost every day. It is not the greatest, but skipjack is your best option when it comes to canned tuna. You can also purchase canned wild salmon.

The larger the fish, the larger the mercury content it contains.

Try to incorporate some other protein sources in your diet. Eggs/egg whites are usually fairly cheap and you can often buy wild sole frozen for not a lot of money. Make sure you are buying wild caught fish and not farm raised.

I don't eat any thing fresh caught Fukushima nuclear disaster still going on ,oil spill in the gulf, mercury all 3 coast suck hate to say but farm raised for me

Bud those are just extra nutrients.. Lol who can't use a like free Chemo fish!?

I think it is fine to eat tuna more than just once per week. I understand that it may contain mercury, but it does so in minimal amounts, and you would need to eat too damn much before any problems with the mercury appear.

Canned tuna is fucking disgusting. I refuse to touch the stuff. Lol

Not a fan of tuna either. Come to think of it, not a fan of any canned meat. I'll eat canned chicken mixed up with other stuff for a good chicken salad but that's about it.

The canned meats are a little weird. I discovered canned chicken a few years ago. It's not bad, except for the can...lol
