I was thinking it would be awesome having a product that has the following ingredients in a serving:

5g Creatine mono
5g D-ribose
5g Arginine AAKG
5g Citruline malate
3g Beta-alanine

I know most preworkout supp has those ingredients but in very small doses...any thoughts ?

That this is almost identical to a post of two weeks ago. That's my thought.

supplements can be consolidated or mixed for added results. looking at formulas around the net it is companies just throwing stuff together to make them unique. that is the competition that goes on.

n2bm has products that are solo, and products that are mixed to cover all your needs. 20BACK is the code but only temporarily

There is no magic formula or perfect mix. Almost none of it is actually needed if you have a decent diet. I'd say the creatine is likely the only thing probably worth keeping. There's no reason you can't use the others though if you want to.

I don't see anything special about it honestly

I want to disagree. I feel better with a pre workout and don't gas out so quick. Which are similar ingredients in this post.

Pre-workout is a double-edged sword for me. I use them about 50% of the time or so, and they certainly give me boost in energy level and intensity for the first 2 hours of my workout, but then I sort of fall off a cliff energy-wise after that. The days I don't use a preworkout (days that I focus more on volume than higher weights), I tend to make it through the entire workout without a crash in energy level.
