I'm looking to get repair and recovery from my workouts, better sleep, anti-aging, better skin, and a bunch of other benefits that growth hormone can give me. I also want to stack in some ipamorelin with it. I've seen those things from 100 mcg up to 500 mcg of the ipamorelin. Do you think I should start out on the lower end and kind of work my way up and then, with the growth hormone, do you think four IU's of hgh would work good? I'm 38 years old and I would like to improve as I get into my forties.
