What you taking?

New to the forum. Just wonderin what some of you guys take for vitamins.

Anybody have any advice where to find some good info. Or suggestions.

I'm trying to find something that could possibly give me more energy or feel better.

Vitamin C
Zink
Magnesium

I also take fish oil, and drink bone broth daily.
Tried a multivitamin, but my piss went dark yellow so I stopped.

Similar to me dude:

Magnesium/Zinc
Fish oil
Bone Broth daily.

Also throw in liv52 and L-Carnatine and Curcumin.

It really depends on your diet. If you're diet is right and clean with the micronutrients you domt need to supplement much.
