When to best use creatine?

Both is best! I take 5g mono before and also add it in with my BCAA’s that I drink during training. Or you could take the other 5 following your workout.
 
On workout days, research shows that it may be better to take creatine shortly before or after you exercise, rather than long before or after. On rest days, it may be beneficial to take it with food, but the timing is probably not as important as on exercise days.
 
The effective difference in efficacy based on timing is so minuscule, it isn't worth worrying about. Just make sure you consistently use creatine every day.
 
it really does not matter

we see info put out there telling you to take it near your workout but if you really understand how creatine works it won't make a lick of difference when you take it. you also get it from food anyway
