Sincerely, I can't recall exactly how much more I could lift during the first cycle, but it was a lot, and I mean it. @muskate has described pretty well this feeling - my heavy weights started feeling like warmups, and I really had to start being very careful with my joints and ligaments, because they just could not keep up with the pace. Lately I also use only mild stuff and SARMS - they may not be as powerful as some steroids are, but there are no side effects, and you can run them for longer. Besides, the gains are extremely sustainable, so you keep what you get. On these cycles I mostly get a noticeable increase in strength, but it is not drastic - 25% at most.
