I've jumped over to the xfit world for a bit and wanted run a cycle. Below stack is what I was planning on going with. Any suggestions/improvements (pct)?

12 weeks
eq 600/wk
win 50/day (8wks)
gw 20/day

aromasin

I can add in test prop & think I will swap in var for win. Run it for 16wks instead of 12wks?

Yea man sounds a lot better, ya need time for that eq to shine.. And var is a waaaaay nicer compound than winny
 
So I'm thinking:
Var at 60mg/day. 80 sent me into anxiety
Prop at 100mg eod
Aromasin at 12.5 ed
 
for crossfit this is what I recommend, we had an actual crossfit athlete (national level competior who makes a living competing) on a couple of our podcasts and this is similar to what he runs:

EQ 400mg a week
GW 10mgAM/PM
SR9009 5-20mg 1 hour before exercise
a very light AI dose
HGH 4iu's a day OR nutrobal 25mg a day

I would not include winny or var because of the horrible pumps you get from either. you won't be able to run on them very far.

some guys will tell you to add test, well that is a risk as you don't want water retention. just a little water retention will cripple your times, it would be like running with a large water bottle strapped to your back

The sweet spot for EQ is 300-600mg/week. Since you aren't staking it with a testosterone base, I would keep your EQ on the higher side. I would do 400-500mg/week.

EQ barely aromatizes into estrogen so I would do aromasin at 5mg EOD. Just a low dose AI.

The perfect PCT is arguably the best PCT protocol you can run. It is comprised of the SERMS clomid and nolvadex, the AI aromasin, HCGenerate ES (a good natural testosterone booster), N2guard (a liver/organ detox supplement) and the SARMS ostarine and cardarine.

I've never run EQ but when I do (planned for next cycle) I think i'm gonna do 18 weeks based on the feedback here

I think any oral is going to give you pumps and cramps that will make competing more difficult
 
Stevesmi and Muskate got you well covered on this one. Indeed, you have made a good compound selection for the purposes you have, so with this little tweaks you should be just fine. EQ with Cardarine and SR kick ass in terms of endurance and athletic performance, so they will give you quite a boost. Just make sure to carry out a complete PCT, and don't go cheap on it.

Even at a trt dose (been there, on cyp) I can gain some serious weight post 2 weeks. First 2wks are great, but then I go down hill from there. Even dr sub'd AI dose didn't do crap for me so I just stopped.

How suppressing is eq?...it's been so long I can't remember.

my understanding is that it isn't nearly as suppressive as test, but I've never run it personally.

This!.. Test is the primary male hormone , why anyone would cycle without it beats me
