yohimflame sleeping issues

I took yohimflame around 9pm and when I tried to get to bed around 12:30 couldn't sleep how late can I run on yohimflame and how long does it last in the system? don't want sleepless nights.

bro i would take your last yohimflame dose about 5 hours before bed to be safe...especially if you so sensitive....

Many have problems with it too close to bed. Guessing you will need to experiment. I can use it an hour before and it has no effect on my sleep.

Yohimbine is an alkaloid and is considered to be a stimulant. Depending on the dosage and ones susceptibility to insomnia it wouldn't be a suprise if you couldn't sleep. Also, what you are use it for as it has a wide range of applications.

Just dose it much earlier before your bedtime if you are having issues. I would say 5-6 hours prebed MINIMUM

Take about 5-6 hours before bed atleast ,if you are sensitive to stims.

don't take any stims after 2pm is a good rules.
