You said in your post you want legitimate advice. The best advice I can give you is NOT to use steroids, but you'll probably still use them no matter what I write here. Remember, steroids aren't a joke and using them can lead to serious side-effects and long term health complications. You should NOT use steroids at your age.
Right now, no matter what cycle I give you, you will not get the best results without a proper diet, training and lifestyle change. Consider using the evolutionary diet modified as a bulker.
With all that said, based on your previous cycle history I'm guessing you'll still do a cycle no matter what. Here is a cycle based on what I think is best for you, cutting/lean out cycle:
