Introduction
Welcome to another episode of the Evolutionary.org podcast. In this podcast #613, Steve and Mobster discuss Chris Tuttle and his life and career. They also go over his social media influence, diet, and training, and the guys speculate on his steroid cycle based on what we know he likes and has talked about.
Early life and career
The guys start by talking about Chris (who was born in Connecticut in 1983), and his early years where he had to battle hypoglycemia, which wasn't diagnosed until he was 10 years old. This forced him to learn to eat healthy foods that didn't cause his blood sugar to fluctuate and also learn to spread out healthy carbs throughout the day, while other kids got to eat ice cream, cookies, and other junk food. This ended up being a blessing in disguise because it taught him proper nutrition from a young age out of necessity and has contributed to his strong interest in diet with his current clients.
Chris earned a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of New Haven and then completed an internship at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York. He then got a Master's Degree in Nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph. The guys say that Chris has always leaned on nutrition not only in his training but also when helping others.
Chris loved competition and one of the things he was into was Motocross at just 20 years old, later on, he decided to switch gears and focus on bodybuilding. The guys go over his competitions.

His peak contest stats were 5'9'' and 225 pounds.
Social media influence
Chris is very active on social media.
He has accounts on all the major platforms with his Instagram account almost at 100K followers. His wife Alexia and him work together to grow their fitness business and she also has a big following. The guys go over his various businesses including his coaching, supplements, podcast, and even a real estate business.
Diet
Steve goes over some diet principles that Chris believes in. One of the things he likes is keeping things simple, but also keeping things fun and exciting, so people do not stray from the diet. Some of his tips include:
*prepping most food just for 3-4 days, so they stay fresh, and store them properly
*Food prep 15 minutes per day vs. 2 hours a week
*Rotate meals so you don't get bored
*Keep a variety of fruits and veggies so you get many micronutrients
*Eat fish and red meat as soon as possible after cooking
*Flavor your foods with spices, citrus, etc.
*Buy a good rice cooker, thermometer, nonstick pan
*stop using garlic and onion to flavor food as they will cause gas and bloating over time
Steve also mentions his wife has a FODMAP background so this is likely where he got that knowledge from.
Training
Chris has some rules for training that Mobster goes over:
*train muscles 6x a month max
*don't train to failure, because it limits recovery time as you age
*doesn't do the same rep and set frequency on his splits
*change your grip on your lifts
Mobster thinks that sticking to a program is better than changing it up all the time as Chris says. Steve says it shows that certain people react better to changing things up and some guys like routine.
Steroid cycle
Mobster dug up Chris' first cycle which was Test400 and 200mgs Deca per week. Unfortunately he overpaid for the cycle because he didn’t know any better at the time. He said he knew nothing about pins or pinning and ran no on cycle ancillaries or AI’s. Even so, he gained 17 lbs and kept 13 lbs. He did this 4x before learning more and he never used more than 60mcgs Clen.
Here is a competition stack for Chris:
Clenbuterol 60mcg per day
Testosterone 600mgs per week
Deca 800mgs, dropping it off 4 weeks before competition
Masteron 1200mgs per week
Trenbolone 500-700mgs per week
HGH 12IU's
Insulin pre-large meals
Thyroid meds
