got about 3 weeks left on 10 week cycle, gained about 15 pounds, i didnt gain as much as i expected, i dont think ill be gaining anymore weight, i have gotten a alot stronger though, cant really tell much about the weight ive gained, im prob gonna do another cycle with higher dossage. u guys think ill gain any more weight in the next 3 weeks?

One question.
Which compounds are you using?
With some injectables like EQ or Deca, you're just now starting to put on weight. At the same time if you're were on dbol for example, then most of your weight is water. So we can't really answer your questions without knowing more.

You are gaining close to 2 pounds a weight. That is a shit load of weight to gain bro. That's more then I ever recommend.

Building muscle is a slow process. Gaining a shit ton of weight super fast is very hard on your health

15lbs in 7 weeks is not small amount of added mass. It's obviously no wonder that your strength gains have also skyrocketed with that rapid pace of weight gain.
Personally I prefer taking a slower approach when it comes to 'bulking' but, well everyone has their preferences.

almost all of that was just fat and water.

the muscles look bigger but our muscles are made up of mostly water right?

i understand you are new to the game but the game is not played the way you think. this is a marathon, not a sprint

seen too many guys obsess about 'gaining weight' and just end up gaining fat. real actual muscle mass (not water) takes years to build. especially for young, first time guys who have no muscle memory to tap into

Everything that Steve wrote is entirely true, foggy77. But do not allow it to discourage you! Just stick with it. Work hard! And, in time, it will come to be. Hell, it took me eleven years to gain thirty pounds of muscle which, on balance, wasn't all that bad.
You can do it, too, bro. Now go lift! :-)
