not a good idea to buy the best tasting whey product. it likely will have a lot of sugar and artificial sweeteners and HFCS, etc. not good..
protein powder IS NOT real food. it is highly processed dairy made in a factory. if you find yourself drinking it cause it tastes good then you are only setting yourself up for failure
having said that n2bm is going to bring back their whey protein and it has just 6 quality ingredients.. no artificials, HFCS, etc.
Best tasting is NOT how to know what's the best product. In fact, as per a post of mine this week BSN's cake mix was their best selling product at one time and was only 60% protein.
I don't know. Have not tried Optimum Nutrition products if that's what ON entails.
Also keep in mind that the product that tastes the best might not be the best as far as quality goes.
Taste is kinda personal preference. Yes its important to use as much real food as you can, but theres nothing wrong with supplementing with whey. Just make sure you have a quality powder.
