It completely depends on what I am running (esters and compounds)

if you want to conserve your HPTA then max out at 12 weeks and make sure you take plenty of time off

im pretty much done cycling, but i generally ran my cycles too long and regretted it later... 12 weeks is where i would stick... 8-10 week cycles are really ideal if you can handle the every other day pinning..

I usually do 8 weeks cycles with short esters and HGH year round.

I'm on TRT and I cruise in between cycles and run SARMS occasionally.

I do blood work once a year. I'm 50 years old and I've been doing this for about 5 years. I do 2 or 3 - 8 week cycles a year. The rest of the time I'm cruising on TRT, HGH and SARMS.

It depends on the compound as for instance as really doesn't start working it's magic till week's 8 and on so a conservative cycle is not really possible in my opinion with longer esters, like these guys said 12 week's is ideal just choose the right compound for the job. Dylan, steve, Rick good too see you guys are still doing your thing here, it's been awhile!
