Opinion on Bee Pollen ?

I have been reading a lot about the health benefits of bee pollen so I just wanted to make a thread to gather information about it.

A few questions:

What are the results/effects you experienced with bee pollen?
Which kind did you take?
Would you recommend taking bee pollen?

I use local bee pollen in my morning shake and my allergies are so much better. I havent used a claritin in years because of it... imo

you can actually use it for many purposes too. even putting on wounds

Maybe it is in my head with the pollen but I swear it works. Plus my high school sweetheart is the beekeeper so it may just be a excuse to see her every couple weeks.

Honey is great as is seeing the GF for sure. But Bee Pollen varies according to where ever the bee went and what flowers it visited. For example I've two kinds of honey here. One is lavender.

IMO its snake oil. It’s just flower pollen that’s been flown around on a bees ass.

A part of me wants to grab a fist full of it and chuck it at my friends with allergies. Be healed by the pollen!
