Heavy lift suppress test?

One way of thought says it's because heavy lifting suppresses natural testosterone levels, that you should stay away from heavy lifting or maybe take a few weeks off post cycle.

On the other side thinking..increased training volume is the only way to insure maximum muscle retention...
I know there is no place I would rather be than the gym...

What are your opinions on this..just curious..cause I was surprised after I came across very different views..
Tnx

Train as hard as ever on PCT if you are trying to keep gains.

Would have to disagree, you need to keep your intensity up, but volume will need to drop, your muscles simply don't recover the same during pct

everyone has a different opinion on this... if you run a full and complete pct then you can eliminate a lot of the need for concern... ive analyzed this for over a decade... the type of pct you run is the key... FAR too many people that have issues in pct relate it to different reasons but it comes down to WHAT they are using or NOT using in pct that causes problems... there are many issues in pct that need addressed...

over training causes testosterone levels to drop due to overstressing the body. this isn't complicated

but this is a steroid forum so i assume guys use steroids so that offsets itself. if you are a natural lifter take n2generate and you are covered, get enough sleep, and try and avoid stress (good luck on that last part right now in this country)
