Thanks guys, glad to be apart of another respected board. I'm about 2 1/2 weeks in on the test right now so I can't say anything definitive except the oil is very smooth and I haven't had and pip at all.
Now the dbol/drol combo is insane the pumps are amazing and even tho I'm holding a bit of water, my veins, abs and overall vascularity is holding nicely.

6'8"....not knowing your college weight I'll guess Oline. Too tall for D line. You a big guy and not fat...very glad to have you here on evo.

ed too tall jones was 6 9 and played Dline bro

the tallest dudes in nfl history either played Oline, Dline or TE. Brandon Jacobs is probably the tallest RB in nfl history and he was 6 4 which is why he took a beating

largest player in nfl history was 7 feet tall and played DT.. he only lasted a season though, can't imagine the pounding his joints took, I could cut block them all game if I was going against a tall guy.

it sucks being tall in some ways.. I bet the OP has elbow and knee issues flare up all the time

You're a big dude - that's a lot of hard work right there. Is Jenna turning off the light in the bathroom?

yeah what is it with that Jenna paper taped to the mirror. that is bizarre.

i'm going to tape one of those for my gf too on the mirror just as a gag

All valid but todays D-linemen get leverage (unless Nose) and are for speed rush for the most part. 6'8" is a bit tall, but not for O-line.
Yes TE he'd been Prototypical for today's TE.

Yeah why aren't you in the nfl with that build lol. Looking big bro. I can imagine seeing you in person. You must dwarf people and turn heads haha

Welcome giant. He could've been a DE or TE depends how fast he is/was. Also could've been a OT as well. Watch him come back with some shit like a kicker.

Wow this is really great to be here guys, I really appreciate all the positive comments. My main philosophy I guess if that's the right word, is stay positive. I played basketball overseas before I slipped a disc in my back landing wrong during a rebound attempt. Never played football, just wasn't very big where I'm from.
I believe in the big lifts heavy, 3-6 reps and secondary lifts higher volume, 8-15 reps. I mix these into every workout with awesome results these past couple years.
My calorie intake ranges from 6800, maintenance when at 295 to my current 8200 with a goal.of reaching 320-325. I grill almost every day.:) chicken, 93/7 lean ground beef, milk, oatmeal, green veggies, frozen fruit mixed into my mass shakes, eggs and mixed nuts are pretty much all I eat now. Only cheat meal will be an occasional dinner out with my lady.
That sign on the bathroom is the rules for potty time for my daughter lol
Thanks for the big welcome guys, I came over from iml and asf forums, hearing good things about you guys and so far you guys have made me very welcome. Looking forward to contributing where I can.

Thanks man, yeah my daughter likes to skip out on washing hands and brushing teeth so figured that would be an easy reminder.

I feel sorry for Jenna's future boyfriend. He is going to piss his pants as soon as daddy opens the door hahaha. Welcome!!

Pretty much how I lift too, unless I'm going for a PR then I do singles work for 8-12 weeks.
Right now doing 8x2 (each session add a rep till get to 8x3, then add weight. For pump 2 sets 2x6, each session add a rep till 8 then add weight. I'll do some accessory stuff to failure.

Bro u got a good head on your shoulders....again glad to have you around evo.

His delt caps are bigger than my head, and I gotta big head! lol

HAHAHAHAHA....Hard to gauge, but prolly. I'm guessing he has Scandinavian blood (Norway, Swed, Finland) area. They are known to produce the tallest people in the world.

I appreciate it brother, a lot of trial and error is finally starting to pay off. Looking forward to being here.

Welcome aboard. How much bigger are planning on getting? What are your overall stats? Do you compete or have competed? Thinking about competing?
You can put on say 350lb. by increasing your doses. big and swole, you can have the companies line up at your front door if you wanted to bro!!!
Jesus man, I've always wanted to be tall. But, my mom is 5' 4" and dad was 6' 2". Luckily I made it to six feet. A few more inches to my 6ft frame would have allowed me to put on more muscular body weight. Instead of 237lb, my weight could have been 270-280lb. easily.
But, you can put on another 50, maybe 70lb. easily with an ideal/optimum training program. If you aren't competing in anything you should really think about it.
Hey, you only go around one-time in life in this arena.
