I agree with you @hypogaeum, there is nothing wrong with something not working but not being able to admit it didn't work is the issue. You started at 115kg four months ago. Even without the training you should be further ahead than this. A decent diet and daily walking would have you in a better spot than you currently are.Now 112 currently.

250mg/week is too high a cruise for your bodyfat percentage. I'm guessing there will be multiple numbers that are out.Interested to see my bloodwork come back lol

I needed 2 sessions and they both were 4 weeks apart. I didnt know that when you get smp you cant Gym train due to sweating.
When i returned for the second session it was all messed up so total of 12 weeks i got robbed.
I have only just been allowed back the past 2 weeks. So i can finally get back to it. These are photos from the weekend and my first week back.
