Ok sure, we had expectations it wouldn't deliver as we have seen this before in our EVO family. This is why @hypogaeum was asking you for updates, not to be confrontational but rather see if your methods worked. @Flyingandrei
I love learning, and to be proved wrong on something like this would have been insightful. If someone can make genuine progress by following a “flexible” diet plan that only looks at calories in vs calories out, and doesn’t account for the quality or macros of those calories, I want to know about it to further my own education.

Unfortunately, it seems like it’s failed so badly that an update won’t be coming, which is what I expected, but it’s disappointing that @Flyingandrei is too proud to admit it didn’t work.

Theres been heaps lol. Did you bother to look up Layne Norton? Did you look at all his clients NATURAL and jacked and did flexible dieting?

Like i said what about Sam Su

Let’s see it from an average member of the community (you), and not someone that is a genetic outlier.

If it works so well, show us your results! Without the evidence, I’m unwilling to believe that it’s a suitable diet approach for the majority of people.

I agree with you @hypogaeum, there is nothing wrong with something not working but not being able to admit it didn't work is the issue. How can he change if he doesn't know he made a mistake? @Flyingandrei we are not judging you, this is the EVO family, but we are concerned about your mental health and approach to this.

Alright Hypo ive been told by admins i am to post here and update as its serious questions yous asked. I went and got smp done in Sydney fifo same day sessions.

I needed 2 sessions and they both were 4 weeks apart. I didnt know that when you get smp you cant Gym train due to sweating.

When i returned for the second session it was all messed up so total of 12 weeks i got robbed.

I have only just been allowed back the past 2 weeks. So i can finally get back to it. These are photos from the weekend and my first week back.

What's your body weight at?

And what PEDs are you currently on?
Just 250 test only. Bloods going tomorow since the first time you said. I was down to 105 after first smp using fasting and cardio

Now 112 currently. Theres 1 smp session left but i dont think im gona go. Its not worth losing another 4+ weeks.

Had i known I wouldnt have bothered till like now.

This is smp Sydney

You started at 115kg four months ago. Even without the training you should be further ahead than this. A decent diet and daily walking would have you in a better spot than you currently are.

Hey at least it hasnt gone up lol. It will go down with 3 days forced jiujitsu and 4 days weight training plus ill add in cardio on top. It wasnt cause of my diet.

Interested to see my bloodwork come back lol

You think that progress over 4 months is a win? And you'll continue "flexible dieting"?

250mg/week is too high a cruise for your bodyfat percentage. I'm guessing there will be multiple numbers that are out.

Its hard call. Im forced to do jiujitsu as my son had trouble attending classes so i have to attend 6am classes lol.

I want to cut because im tired of being this size. On the other hand its now handy to be heavier via jiujitsu lol.

I still say cut. Its healthier on the body and then once the body fat is down i can blast and payback all the people that squashed me lol.
