It's more the protein we wanna get up higher for your recovery with your job plus those types of workouts, so nuts will be good for fats and calories but not so much protein. Just double the tuna for now and add an extra scoop of protein in your brekky blend. If you're still drinking 1L of milk in the morning just throw in a protein powder scoop or two to that.I already do meal prep. I have brekky blended and lunch made so I finish gym before work and can eat on the way to work. Then my wife has the pre dinner blended tuna for me ready to go before dinner when I get back.
Need to get more breaks in at work lol. Maybe I should fill my tool belt with nuts and snack on them during the day too.
When I go and get another deer I'll make some biltong and snack on that too.
Alrighty, I'll bugger off the deca only idea. I'll keep test as a base. Is there a dosage you'd recommend?
As for your test dosage it seems to be working fine for now especially if you're humping the wife in your sleep LOL. Keep doing the 150mg TestE (continue to pin twice a week half that dose) and let's get your bloods done with e2 as the main reason.
Taking a random dose of arimidex a random # of times per week won't accomplish much until we see your bloodwork. Your test and free test will be just outside the high range likely and we'll know what to do with your a-dex once we know your e2 levels.
