So far Ive been 3 months in my gym journey. First side by side picture is when i started test only for two month. The last two is when i started to add superdrol in the mix. Lol i know , i was borderline anorexic . this has been my progress… so far Im very tall and under lighting / and pump it looks decent , just want to achieve that look without pump as well hahaha i fall flat once its all gone 😭( even tho i dont think it is) but my goal is to add more width / mass while maintain good lean mass, vascularity and dryness.

Diet? On and off with calories unfortunately, but I have been trying to maintain 200gs of protein daily. Ive gotten sick these last few days so ive lost the appetite that i had when i first started but slowly gaining it back from taking a few days from the gym.

( what would yall advice be for a taller person, any input and criticism/ judgement is highly more worth than compliments to me.. i wanna grow here )

I do infact want to share a solid transformation soon. This honestly is just a little introduction to who i am and what i want to achieve.

Again, any advice, and any compound suggestion is highly appreciated.

Welcome brother you do look good bro but honestly if this is your first cycle you should not be touching superdrol. It has its purpose and it isnt in this setting never mind how super toxic it is.
You need to learn to eat if you want to grow. Its not in the gear, yeah you gaining now but if your nutrition was structured along with your training you would be leaps and bounds ahead.

Personally drop the superdrol.

Lets get a few days of eating up bro and start logging your training sessions so we can get a better picture of where your currently at. But honestly cut the sdrol out for now.

Have you done any bloodwork? Pre cycle and currently? Do you know where your estrogen is at?

First was test and EQ
Second was test and TREN ACE ( back when odin pharma was pushing gear lol not peptides) got in a bad car accident,

Then i cruised test pretty much till now. Where originally i just wanted to do a 3 month low doses of drol 10 a day / tren 100 weekly with test being fairly at 250/300 weekly . It was more so of a kickstart experience i wanted to do . Get back to what i had before the accident. Then drop both ace and drol, cruise test again. Maintain the rest of eating right and recovering right

You are indeed right about dieting! Noticed every single time it was on point on or even off cycle , everything else was just a tool to add on . So thats going to be the exact plan when i recover from this flu.


Now are the training logs posted separately or can it be on this thread? I feel like a few days to catch up on my eating and recovery from the flu , i can get back to it , all gas no brakes🎯

My biggest concern for ya legend is are you planning on having kids? Because you have put your natural system in a very difficult position to try and recover now.

There is always ways to restore it anyway, might take awhile - but its pretty rare to be fully shut down forever

Can you also throw up your supplements you're taking?
I recommend N2Guard for organ and lipid support especially with the superdrol on board.

I'm concerned about your ALT/AST and creatinine as it may present on your bloodwork as very high. How long have you been running Superdrol on a 5/2 rotation? We might need to drop the Superdrol and get you set up with a more dialed in cycle once you're feeling better. You have a perfect base for us to work with here.

Also, your lower chest is well defined with no signs of gyno so we'll want to keep it this way and get your e2 levels checked in your bloodwork as well.

We're off to a good start here with your base so let's get everything set up! This will be a great log if you choose to stick at it here. We got your back!

Hey brother! Welcome to the forums.

The ultimate goal of designing your AAS protocols is to maintain health. The longer you're healthy, the longer you can stay on, the more gains there are to be made. Superdrol is likely to cook your shit pretty quickly. How long have you been running it for now? I'd definitely love to see some bloodwork.

Same goes for nutrition. You're still early to the gym so you'll make some decent progress but it'll come to a slow pretty soon and you'll need to get consistent with your calories and nutrition if you want to make the most out of your time in the gym and your pharma.

What do your workouts look like at the moment?

Vitamin D3 & K2
Curcumin 95
NAC
OMEGA 3 & FISH OILS
Multi Vitamins for anything really im missing i will throw in as suggested.

The cycle right now would be 325 Test C weekly

And yes the Superdrol was started 7 days on for the first two weeks , then i started to do 5 days on and two off. Im probably going to cut them out in a week or two, replace it with EQ or NPP. NPP mainly cause its winter and it would be directed for the bulking phase, and EQ Or ACE in 3-4 months when its spring/summer. Then just drop to just test.

Nutrition is starting to be tracked, and i am starting to meal prep more frequently since im feeling abit more recovered and rested.

And my workout split, as basic as it sounds. PUSH PULL LEGS REST PUSH FULL BODY REST

As for blood work, last time Ive done it everything was in good range. But i will be getting it done soon. Very soon. Will definitely come back w the results.

Good to hear you're feeling better bro. EQ is meant to be run for 12+ weeks so are you planning any time off before the spring/summer cycle? Why NPP over Deca?

yes sirrrrr, how i looked at it , deca would be staying in my system for much more longer than npp, considering npp has a shorter duration, its fast acting, it would come in handy for the winter, for abit , till i plan to take some time off, it can clear out before the EQ / TEST cycle. Unless i got my info mixed up. Tho i never tried deca. Always thought of deca dick so i passed on it💀. Lol to be fair that was supposed to be my second cycle long ago, but i touched tren ace , never looked back😅 them pumps are just crazy on ace.

Also i do got an aromasin on hand. Just never used it because my mindset on the pharma was , take low, focus on nutrition/training/recovery the right way . It tended to workout better for me. Never did a blast, i guess before i ever do that, the guidance is well needed.

This sounds about right then. Just be sure and give yourself some time off and have bloodwork done before the EQ/Test cycle.

Good man on getting serious with your nutrition! You won't look back. No cycle or workout split has ever made as big a difference to my progress as getting my nutrition dialed in. If you've got a plan or a structure feel free to share it here!
