what you guys think about this routine/split?

4-6 reps for all muscles? Like side delts, biceps, forearms, calves..etc? Obviously different muscles require different rep ranges. And different number of sets as well. Calves, forearms and side delts...etc respond better to higher sets number. It is also not optimal to train all large leg muscles, intensely, in one day. Spread quads hams calves across different days

so i am 18y old and training eod very intense 2 max 3 sets to failure 4-6 rep range and 3-4 days per week max. hitting upper always 2 times and lower sometimes 2 sometimes 1. what you guys think? thank you!
at your age you should be doing more volume to build up muscle maturity, try 20-25 reps 5 sets and see how you like it.

Not sure man, I'd have to see the layout. Generally, at your age, I'd recommend sticking to the main compound lifts for at least two or three years.

At 18 years old, you should be training five or six times a week. I would do about 20 sets per session.

Bros, is that 18 years old if that's you in the picture? You look really good to be honest with you, so you must be doing something right.

Now is the time to build muscle memory for you being consistent and staying healthy and not overdoing. Things will be crucial. Make sure you're using proper form. That's the number one thing you need to worry about at any age, but especially at your age.

I think consistency is key. I think a lot of people train for a couple months, then stop, and then start again. So being consistent goes a long way as you get older.

i feel i am not doing enough and stuck, but i am training absolute failure there many users saying 5 sets 20-25 reps its so much, i was doing that and i was so exhausted, tired, never recovred i think... i want one good split i will stick to it tomorrow is monday i didnt trained like 5 days now as i was sick, high fever and some infection virus so i was resting. can anyone tell me one good split that would give me maximum muscle mass development while not hurting growth, cns, and not hurting recovery? thank you.
i am 18. 180cm. using HGH 6IU everyday.
my important factors for training is if i dont train to failure i think i didnt did anything at all. for me 20-25 reps is too much tbh.
what would you guys recommend me thank you so much how should i split it and etc.
please have in mind that all sets are absolute failure, 6-10 reps max. and good form!
thanks! all

if you're stuck, it might mean you're doing too much actually. Maybe time to change your workout then overall.
