I haven’t been on here in a little bit. Just want to say Merry Christmas to all and I look forward to being back after the holidays. I have still been at it hitting the gym. Eating my protein. I kinda said screw the diet for the week of Christmas. Being away from home and with the family does that. Prime rib and all kinds of stuff for christmas dinner will post some food porn in a couple hours. I made my homemade Pecan pie using maple syrup instead of corn syrup for the holidays. It’s honestly the best pecan pie you can make. Only thing better is a dash of bourbon in the recipe.

I will i’m going to update my log or idk if i should start a new log just been doing my trt and eating a few more carbs lately gained a little bit of weight i am pretty sure it’s more good weight than bad weight. Just got done with 21 days of a shut down at work not a day off and 13 hour days that was interesting. Made it to the gym 4 days a week through that whole time. I’m getting ready to do push pull legs off as my routine and do a 8 day work out week. I’ve been lifting a little bit lighter with more reps to save my joints. i’m really a tall skinny person genetically. All the men in my family are my height or close to it and around 160-180 pounds in their better years. I’m pushing right around 220 I have put on 11 pounds in the last couple months. It’s the first time since i’ve been on trt that i’ve tried to gain muscle instead of lose fat. i think around 15 percent body fat. Can still see my abs and stuff. Eating all that protein and carbs does bloat me some. anyway i’ll post some on my log when i get home sunday

I think if the title of your log still applies even if you're now off cycle you can keep the same one going imo.
