Intent
The intent of this cycle was a 'shotgun prep' for a holiday trip with my fiancee and some of our friends - I had two months to prepare, so it was quite short notice! Before starting I had been cruising for over a year, and had been putting all my effort into work rather than the gym, so my physique had regressed sufficiently. To that end, I needed to both gain muscle and lose a bit of fat. A hefty task for two months!

My cycle started around November 25th, and my trip is week after next, on January the 27th.

Starting Information
These were my stats as of the start of the cycle. I had not been lifting more than a couple times per week, but my base of several years was obviously still there.

Height: 6'2
Weight: 85kg
Bodyfat: 17% (I am perhaps under or overestimating here. My body composition was poor, so it was difficult to tell.)
Total anabolics: 150 test

Current information as of posting:
Height: 6'2
Weight: 87
Bodyfat: 14%

The Cycle
Started November 25th with only:

300mg testosterone enanthate weekly.

On December 19th, I added in Trenbolone Acetate starting at:

150mg weekly.

This was just to retest my tolerance to Trenbolone, as it had been a very long time since I last used it. I noticed absolutely no side effects, so obviously bumped it up very quickly.

Since January 1st my current dosages have been as follows:

125 Tren A EOD
300mg Test E Weekly
20mg Anavar ED (Except rest days.)
Clenbuterol, started 40mcg and I plan to titrate up tomorrow.
Tirzepitide, 3mg e5d
Melanotan-2, 500mcg ED Before tanning

Changes to the Cycle
My current supply of Tren A is nearly out (It's 75mg/ml and I've only got a vial and a third left, which is enough to last another two and a bit weeks, but not through march.

I've ordered some Tren E, and will try and blend them together in my I injection schedule immediately, that way the Tren E is saturated by the time we drop acetate. If anyone has experience or advice for this it would be appreciated!

Sides?
None so far!

I seem to be outlier in that Tren seems to not actually potentiate any negative mental effects - if anything, the opposite! I'm always very happy go-lucky, but on Tren, I'm just full of beans. I have nearly unlimited energy despite not sleeping the best, training, huge amounts of cardio, and eating bugger all. Hooray! My only complaint could be the insatiable sex drive. My fiancee loves it, but it can sometimes be a bit much.

Nutrition
I am very exact with my macronutrients, so everything is met pretty much perfectly everyday.

I ate at 2000 kcal daily until the 1st of January, at which point I dropped to 1700 daily.

Current Breakdown:

1700kcal: 175 Protein | 160 Carbs | 40 Fats

I fast until lunch. This means my training is fasted, which I prefer as I feel rather ill otherwise.

My lunch:
Chicken Breast (always cook in the oven! So juicy!)
White Rice (You can mix in some zero calorie sweetener to make nice sticky rice)
Salad w/ mixed greens, olive, peppers, pickles.

My dinner:
Sirloin
Miso Broth
Konjac Noodles
Mushrooms
Peppers

My Desert:
0 Fat Greek Yoghurt Bowl w/Protein powder, Xantham gum, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries.

Supplementation:
200mg DIM
2x Fish oil with every meal
5000mg Taurine
100mg P5P
1000mg Magnesium Glycinate
30mg Zinc
6mg Melatonin

Training:

I run a push pull legs split, with one rest day per week that I frequently have to force myself to take.

Recently, despite calories being at an all time low I am gaining pretty significant amounts of strength whilst leaning out. Nice!

Incline treadmill LISS.

Progress:
Excellent. Only very recently physique is finally starting to come together, both losing a solid amount of fat and gaining strength. We've only got just under two weeks to go and a fair bit to go, so not changing anything up.

Long Term:
Once back from holiday in February, I will return to my deficit and get truly dicey, aiming to push to around 8%, hopefully by around March or April. Then I'll move to a 20 week gaining phase.

to start I would not go up on tren and microdose it, are you?

I've done tren before, this isn't my first rodeo with the trenbaloney sandwich. I started with 150mg weekly but I've upped it a fair bit, and I loooovvveee the results. They kinda came out of nowhere the last few days. Did blood pre cycle, and I will again once I'm back from holiday. Bloods pre cycle were perfect! I'm going to guess my HDL/LDL will be crushed, SHBG crushed and some changes in liver enzymes - we'll see!


I'm a bit iffy about this transition from acetate to enanthate, though. I'll run them concurrently for two weeks, then take out the acetate, by which point hopefully the enanthate is nice and saturated.

This is all I can find of them - I’d need to go digging for my lab pass otherwise, and can’t be bothered atm. Elevated Ferritin is normal for me, I simply eat too much red meat :D

Didn't get my test or E2 done! I'd been cruising for a sufficient time I wasn't worried about my testosterone levels. I also have never had an issue with aromatisation, so wasn't worried about that either - for my next cycle I might do a chunky test cycle, starting at my current 300 and moving up to 750 or so over 25 weeks, maybe throwing in some NPP too, so I'll def need my e2 done for that :D

Overall how do you feel it's gone so far?
Great!

It was honestly fairly slow, especially just coming back to 300 test, and even the first couple weeks of ace weren't particularly impressive, as the drug was saturating. Randomly a week or two ago though things really started to come together, pretty rapid strength improvements and composition changes at the same time. It's fun to gain some muscle whilst cutting down!
 
Good idea. Will get it next bloodwork. No sensitive e2 here so Tren will read as estrogen. Prolactin seems good (ie no sides) but it needs real bloods

125 Tren A EOD
300mg Test E Weekly
20mg Anavar ED (Except rest days.)
Clenbuterol, started 40mcg and I plan to titrate up tomorrow.
Tirzepitide, 3mg e5d
Melanotan-2, 500mcg ED Before tanning

Changes to the Cycle
My current supply of Tren A is nearly out (It's 75mg/ml and I've only got a vial and a third left, which is enough to last another two and a bit weeks, but not through march.

I've ordered some Tren E, and will try and blend them together in my I injection schedule immediately, that way the Tren E is saturated by the time we drop acetate. If anyone has experience or advice for this it would be appreciated!

I seem to be outlier in that Tren seems to not actually potentiate any negative mental effects - if anything, the opposite! I'm always very happy go-lucky, but on Tren, I'm just full of beans. I have nearly unlimited energy despite not sleeping the best, training, huge amounts of cardio, and eating bugger all. Hooray! My only complaint could be the insatiable sex drive. My fiancee loves it, but it can sometimes be a bit much.

Nutrition
I am very exact with my macronutrients, so everything is met pretty much perfectly everyday.

I ate at 2000 kcal daily until the 1st of January, at which point I dropped to 1700 daily.

Current Breakdown:

1700kcal: 175 Protein | 160 Carbs | 40 Fats

I fast until lunch. This means my training is fasted, which I prefer as I feel rather ill otherwise.

My lunch:
Chicken Breast (always cook in the oven! So juicy!)
White Rice (You can mix in some zero calorie sweetener to make nice sticky rice)
Salad w/ mixed greens, olive, peppers, pickles.

My dinner:
Sirloin
Miso Broth
Konjac Noodles
Mushrooms
Peppers

My Desert:
0 Fat Greek Yoghurt Bowl w/Protein powder, Xantham gum, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries.

Once back from holiday in February, I will return to my deficit and get truly dicey, aiming to push to around 8%, hopefully by around March or April. Then I'll move to a 20 week gaining phase.

Before starting I had been cruising for over a year, and had been putting all my effort into work rather than the gym, so my physique had regressed sufficiently. To that end, I needed to both gain muscle and lose a bit of fat. A hefty task for two months!

My cycle started around November 25th, and my trip is week after next, on January the 27th.

Starting Information
These were my stats as of the start of the cycle. I had not been lifting more than a couple times per week, but my base of several years was obviously still there.

Height: 6'2
Weight: 85kg
Bodyfat: 17% (I am perhaps under or overestimating here. My body composition was poor, so it was difficult to tell.)
Total anabolics: 150 test

Current information as of posting:
Height: 6'2
Weight: 87
Bodyfat: 14%

The Cycle
Started November 25th with only:

300mg testosterone enanthate weekly.

On December 19th, I added in Trenbolone Acetate starting at:

150mg weekly.

This is really good on this. The cardio is fantastic if you ask me. @resonanceGuy that's some dedication to it as well and I like the low-intensity cardio. That goes a long way in strengthening the heart and being low-impact.

@resonanceGuy I just want to say your workouts are fantastic man. I love your leg day; you're covering all bases on that. Plus you're taking time to add in some abdominal work. That's good.

it’s really nice, and effectively zero calorie aside from the steak! Cooking is a hobby of mine, so I hate cutting. Gotta try stay creative with meals!

Thanks! I may actually have to take a day off the cardio today, struggling to walk after my leg day yesterday. Both weights and reps absolutely shot up, so I put out a lot more volume. Definitely taken a toll on my legs though 😂
 
Today’s update;

Push day, up in reps or weight on every exercise besides incline smith. This is my own fault, I normally start with it but pushed it later I into the session so I was fatigued by the time I got there. Some pretty cool improvements in body composition too, despite being about the same weight!

No cardio today as my legs aren’t moving right after leg day. I’ll try some treadmill later this evening if I feel that I can handle it.

Today’s lunch is sushi with my fiancée, but of course keeping it within calories. Attached is my macros for today, pre tracked. Already noticed a decreased effect from the clen, so I’ve upped it to 60mg today from 40. Heart rate has picked back up a bit - I was actually struggling to keep it up yesterday! Blood pressure is also still golden.

Man, let me tell you something. If you add 5 or 10 lb of quality muscle mass to your frame, you will look absolutely jacked. Let's definitely kill this! @resonanceGuy
Thank you!! I’m very exited for my next offseason - 20 weeks of massing sounds pretty awesome to me, especially in this deficit. I’m hoping to have this cut done by march, if not earlier. I have some psychological issues about not being lean, so for me the right move is to get pretty dicey and then slowly build up from there. I’m thinking 8-10% as a nice cut end bodyfat.

Yup. 175 seems fine for me in deficits, at least with Tren in the picture. Nutrient partitioning means my carbs are protein sparing. I don’t want to lower carbs further, and can’t really lower fats any more

And yes, with the Konjac noodles I really did learn my lesson with only having one per day. Had quite a nasty stomach ache haha! The label says 2 servings, but it’s one pack.

Maybe do some light cardio, something with low impact like swimming.

fats will help overall, they aren't bad and we are talking about 20 grams not much

Recently, despite calories being at an all time low I am gaining pretty significant amounts of strength whilst leaning out. Nice!

Progress:
Excellent. Only very recently physique is finally starting to come together, both losing a solid amount of fat and gaining strength. We've only got just under two weeks to go and a fair bit to go, so not changing anything up.

Long Term:
Once back from holiday in February, I will return to my deficit and get truly dicey, aiming to push to around 8%, hopefully by around March or April. Then I'll move to a 20 week gaining phase.

Today’s update;

Right back to cardio, got all but one session done so far today. Will finish my last one before dinner. Pull day today had some really good improvements. Stronger for reps or weight on nearly every exercise. Had a sufficiently gnarly bicep and forearms pump they were tight for nearly an hour after! Also noticing more vascularity, some extra bicep veins popping up.

Food is a bit tighter today. Very simple, 650g chicken breast, 450g of potato (I cut these into chips and chucked them into the oven, makes some pretty good chips without many calories!) Half the chicken is for dinner, which I’ll have with my usual noodles and broth. The rest of my kcal is coming from a treat myself Andy fiancée will go and get, which will be my main fat source for the day - I’ll increase them slightly, as @LevButlerov suggested! Usually I prefer to opt for healthier fats, so tomorrow I’ll pick up some avocado and some salmon.

Clen is working a bit more noticeably now, upped to 60mcg today. Some little shakes and good HR response but no cramps which is nice. Sleep is a bit disrupted, but that’s to be expected from this deficit.
 
I've done tren before, this isn't my first rodeo with the trenbaloney sandwich. I started with 150mg weekly but I've upped it a fair bit, and I loooovvveee the results. They kinda came out of nowhere the last few days. Did blood pre cycle, and I will again once I'm back from holiday. Bloods pre cycle were perfect! I'm going to guess my HDL/LDL will be crushed, SHBG crushed and some changes in liver enzymes - we'll see!


I'm a bit iffy about this transition from acetate to enanthate, though. I'll run them concurrently for two weeks, then take out the acetate, by which point hopefully the enanthate is nice and saturated.

I was actually morbidly obsess through all my teen years! I hit the gym pretty consistently though, so ended up with a reasonably okay look at the end, not a ton of loose skin, except for a tiny bit on my lower abdomen

Nice!!! A lot of people aren't that lucky with the loose skin, you are are going to grow big time!!

Incredible leg day, one of the best I’ve had. I love those really deep leg press reps, and I was able to bash out some PR’s both for weight and reps. But it exacerbated an injury that popped up yesterday, so we may need a week or so off from legs. It’s this rather unfortunate nervey pain, almost like an electric shock right above the knee. It’s completely fine at rest but occasionally pops up when I sit down or stand up in a way it doesn’t like. Quite uncanny! I’m not particularly concerned because I’ve got no weakness or numbness in the leg. I’ll probably give it a rest until I’m back from holiday though.

Today’s diet was a bit odd but met our macros, attached below. I got half our cardio done before the lift, but didn’t want to risk anything with the injury right after. I went on a few nice walks to get a higher step count instead though. Getting a really lovely tan despite the awful weather too!

@resonanceGuy walking is one of the most simplest and effective exercise.....good work bro......

protein way low even if you cut you need more protein and if you plan to get on tren and stay on we need more carbs @resonanceGuy
 
if I increase carbs/protein my actual caloric deficit will be much smaller, which is my main concern - when I'm back from holiday, I'll do 2000kcal instead with extra protein and carbs. My maintenance is around 2700-2800, so any more and weight loss is fairly slow. I'm making it as aggressive as I can take to get as much fat off before the holiday; do you think it would be better to simply add more protein/carbs due to the feed efficiency from tren? Ie. eat more food but still end up with the same body composition changes? Cheers! Diet is always the factor I'm least sure on LOL.

you shouldnt worry about deficits they mean nothing
