So i found a trt clinic that does free blood work for new patients. I went today and im puzzled by my TEST levels - 463 🤔🤔

ive been taking 150mg a week of TEST C(THURSDAY) and 500iu of HCG (MONDAY)
i take the shot IM side delt with 1.5 inch 27g needle.

im going to get full blood panel next Thursday. But im confused by this result? Bad Testosterone?
without knowing your base testosterone impossible to say @Asthetek23
do you have test bloods Before the pin? and how many times did you pin test?

remember if you were crashed before on test, even 150mgs would just bring you into normal range

My Test was definitely not crashed.
I tested back in November and it was 447

Ive been taking 150mg once a week for 3 weeks.
Today was my 4th shot after blood work.
Ive been on 500iu
once a week on Mondays for 5 weeks.

My Test was definitely not crashed.

Edit: my diet improved drastically since this test. Ive been alot better with what im eating since December.

A local trt clinic for todays test. (A part of me wants to say they might have lied about my test level 🤔)
this is EXACTLY what I just thought @Asthetek23 i feel you're getting a fake level
can you retest private?
 
Yes getting that done next Thursday before my next shot .. depending on results thinking of going to 90mg MWF for a total of 270mg a week ( my Test c vial is 300mg so harder to dose lol)

Will discontinue HCG
lets retest first dont change any dosing please, stay exactly as you were both test and hcg lets see @Asthetek23

I did order raloxifene and nolvadex thou just incase it doesnt go all the way down i will try that route.

Workout split is still the same. Havent felt that much stronger but i do feel more fullness in my muscles.

DAILY - MOTS-C 1mg, GLOW 1.5mg

you should start at least getting some nolvadex before it hardens and is there a lump there? your left side correct

Nolvadex came in today, honestly ive had it for years so im going to wait. No lumps and not hard. And yea its only on left side.

Ill see what blood work looks like Thursday.

Im going to the grocery store tonight after the gym. Meal prep tomorrow for the next couple days 🙌

i reconstituted with 1ml bacteriostatic water.
I was reading in napsgear.org reviews that its actually labeled wrong?

Do yall know anything about it?

This one looks really nice. @Asthetek23 I'm seeing more and more people using these peptides. I think the MOTS-C and the GLOW together is a good idea.

@Asthetek23 another excellent update. I like how you lay out your protocol for the week. Those peptides are really good and then the testosterone on Thursday, 150 mg, sounds really good too.

Check out their certificates of analysis on their website. Napsgear posts that all the time and users will post it as well so that's going to be the best thing you can do. @Asthetek23

napsgear hgh is g2g. hgh you can change the dosing as you see fit. its not like using steroids. can skip days etc too. so play with dosing

Thanx... never ran it so not sure what to expect other than recommend long term so i just got 11 kits from the get go lol.
Ill see what 1iu feels like for a week then probably go up from there.

you can change the dosing as you go. when you inject exogenous hgh you are pulsing hgh at that time. its not like AAS that have esters attached that slow release over many hours or days. so with hgh you don't have to necessarily inject on a schedule consistent to see results

1iu is not much but you start slow and can always move up @Asthetek23

How long should i wait to eat after taking it and how long after i eat?
I would suggest just do 1 iu before bed for a week before doing anything else. 2 hours posts food PM prebed is best @Asthetek23

Not sure if its the reta or lingering cough( had the flu acouple weeks back and cough and flem hasnt fully cleared up) but ive been feeling really sluggish. Feel alittle weaker in the gym aswell.

I decided to keep Reta at 1.5mg until i get rid of cough and make sure reta isnt whats making me feel like that.

Diet has been on point. Sticking to my meal prep.( New prep coming tomorrow)

Sleep has never been an issue but falling asleep has been alittle more difficult lately so i decided to cut off pre-workout. Been almost a week and havent noticed much improvement but i do feel rested when i wake up.

Started taking supplements last 2 weeks. Gearing up to maybe start a cycle here soon.

Got blood work done yesterday waiting on results. Depending on what it looks like im thinking of upping testosterone and maybe adding Masterson (will probably arrive next week).

MONDAY - HCG 500iu ( will probably discontinue and replace with testosterone)

Not sure if its the reta or lingering cough( had the flu acouple weeks back and cough and flem hasnt fully cleared up) but ive been feeling really sluggish. Feel alittle weaker in the gym aswell.

I decided to keep Reta at 1.5mg until i get rid of cough and make sure reta isnt whats making me feel like that.

I do feel alot leaner but still not happy with waist line 😭😭. I might keep cutting till i break 200lbs then a lean bulk/recomp. I dont want to get lighter just want to cut off all the fat possible.

Yes im waiting .. hopefully early next week .. im to up my testosterone to 100mg Monday Wednesday Friday... starting monday

I havent felt any extra strength at 150mg then when i wasnt taking anything.

I thought 150 would give me a boost. Its been 6 weeks and still not feeling anything.

Got a glucose tester to test my fasted blood sugar every morning.
It was 71 today. Low end of what it should be?

Yesterday went out to eat for my sons birthday. In the morning i had 2 scoops of protein mixed with 50g of oats, 30g of chia seeds.

I only had 1 other meal which was ny strip steak pasta.
Birthday boy had a Tomahawk and Lobster tail 💪💪🤣.

Did a lite leg day yesterday.. Energy felt alot better still no pre-workout. Didnt have enough time to do any cardio thou.

Woke up at 205.2Lbs yesterday and back to 207Lbs today.

Planning on doing Abs and Cardio only today.

Got a glucose tester to test my fasted blood sugar every morning.
It was 71 today. Low end of what it should be?

Yesterday went out to eat for my sons birthday. In the morning i had 2 scoops of protein mixed with 50g of oats, 30g of chia seeds.

I only had 1 other meal which was ny strip steak pasta.
Birthday boy had a Tomahawk and Lobster tail 💪💪🤣.

Did a lite leg day yesterday.. Energy felt alot better still no pre-workout. Didnt have enough time to do any cardio thou.

Woke up at 205.2Lbs yesterday and back to 207Lbs today.

Planning on doing Abs and Cardio only today.

That was my sons meal lol... we love our steak but i never get steak at a steak house .. im always severely disappointed. I prefer to grill my own steak and lobster 🙌💪

Hundred percent man everything is better when you do it yourself in a restaurant those cooks are rushed and they don’t give a damn they’re working an eight hour shift and they’re tired and they just wanna get the food out there

Sometimes those light leg days can be very beneficial. @Asthetek23 because your legs can really take a beating, going light really gives them a chance to kind of deload.

Nothing wrong with your glucose at all. That's very good, man. Most people, especially in North America, have high glucose. It's no good. @Asthetek23

Its crazy how much i fluctuate thou .. the most i noticed was 9lbs in 2 days up and then back down lol.

From the last 3 days ive gon from 205 to 207 to 209 today in the morning 🤦‍♂️
Only cheat meal was Saturday and it was my only meal so i dont think thats the reason for the jump.

I did start taking Gh thou 1.5iu in the morning and 1.5iu at night. Ive heard gh my cause water retention?

I tested it today first thing in the morning 6:45am. It was at 103 ... i decided not take my protein oats like usual and just retested it right now at noon and im at 85.
My meals yesterday were all part of my meal prep and only 2000 calories (5 calories over)
Im gonna keep test every morning.

Bros, this is really good stuff and yes growth hormone can cause water retention. That's pretty normal, especially early on.

DAILY - MOTS-C 1mg, Hgh 4iu (2iu am and 2iu at night)
MWF - TEST C - 60mg (180mg total)
FRIDAY - RETA 2mg

Still waiting for full blood work results.
I dropped HCG from my protocal and added 660mg of Test C MWF(180mg total)

Woke up at 207.2lbs today. Im definitely starting to see my body recomp but im thinking of switching to a bulk here soon.

Workouts have gone alot better since last week. While strength wise im still the same my energy is alot better. I think the flu was still lingering and now im back to my normal self.

I wanted to start taking 50mg Masterson but my packing is "pending" since the 23rd with customs so i think its been seized 😪.

Fasting Blood has been bouncing around a bit so i decided to test atleast 30 mins after i wake up since i think im experiencing dawn phenomenon.
Today it was 65 s 7:30am.... gonna keep testing and see if it was just a one off reading.

Nutrition the last couple days has just been chicken breast and sweet potatos but im playing to do another meal prep tomorrow.

Sleep has been consistently 8+ but ive been waking up acouple times to take a piss throughout the night.

I will post full blood work as soon as all tests are completed. Should be any day now 🙏

Yea im still hopeful .. i ordered Bold Eq aswell.
Yea ideally id like to stay at this weight but still got some body fat to shred.... still waiting on acouple test but numbers are looking better than that "clinic"

but your vitamin D is way low, start taking 10,000 iu vitamin D3 and k2 ed for 2 weeks and switch to 5000 after asap start this

on the cycle, have you pinned anything or just ordered? what are you pinning now?

I would start to boost test first before adding masteron and you can take nolvadex or raloxifene 40mgs ed to start
no issues with qs
on the iron, you can boost food I assume you were going to add steak and spinach but take normal iron supp ed :D

Thinking of doing 25mg twice a week and work my way up to 50mg and eventually 100mg? or what do u think? Or maybe microdose daily?

These peptide pens really help streamline injections 🙌🙌💪
