This was a 12-week cycle that was planned out well and ahead of time. I did everything right on my end. I even sent them the money right away as soon as I placed the order. Nothing got shipped to me. Following up with them once and never heard back again. I'm not going to chase you down if I am a customer. They are a disgrace.
