Nice day of feeding today. Strawberries blueberries and bananas and coffee in the morning with a boiled egg.

Chicken rice and broccoli protein bars and yoghurt for smoko.

Chicken rice and broccoli with yoghurt and an egg for lunch a few protein snacks along the way.

Buffalo chicken tenders a couple of calamari rings (which were awful) and a giant choc Coco water protein shake with 120gm.of.protein in it to finish up the night.

That'll do me for today. I hit that protein goal at 425gm. Lets see if I can keep it up and not get fluffy. 😅

Pretty happy with the shape of the macro pie to be honest though.

From first looks, its not looking too bad eh? A few things to sort but mostly fine all things considered. Reta and BPC seem to do a great deal of protective work.
When I started on Reta it was for the obvious weight loss properties, but now I am hesitant to even have a pause from it due to its other amazing benefits .

TBH my bro, I reckon BPC and especially Reta are peptides that should certainly be considered in a full time stack.
 
Supplementation

BG has been stable but still in the slightly higher end of the acceptable range. Totally normal when running GH as the body swings between fats and sugars for fuel. @Wolfenstein Austrix Reta is doing a marvelous job levelling the playing field there, and the BPC is keeping the stomach and liver in a happy place.

@Allupfromhere recommended DiHydroBerberine which goes in today and while I was at it, I've grabbed a few lighter ancillaries.

Chucked in a few extra aminos also L-Lysine and Glycine for immune response, anti-inflammatory, rest, sleep and recovery. Along with being a major building block for much of what the body requires, Glycine has a certain synergy with evening GH and rest has been great. Mood is super chill with it too.

A full day of rest. Slept sound and got up around 530. Bit more water weight on today, and after todays efforts of doing sweet nothing at all but sleeping and eating, I'm sure there will be plenty to work off in the gym tomorrow morning.

Just a huge day of eating chicken and cooking chicken and meal prepping chicken and then eating more chicken and drinking choc coconut water high protein shakes and sleeping and resting...

Bloods remained pretty stable throughout.
Staying within 5.5-6.0 most of the day with small spikes but returning to regular range quickly.

That has got to be every way possible to prepare chicken, and it looks delicious I must say😋. 553g of Protien is simply unbelievable.

Bro I ate so much air fried chicken aye...
And quite a few very high protein shakes.

So in every shake I put wpi90 and collagen.
Breakfast shake was 120gm protein and 5 pieces of air fried chicken.

Lunch was 150gm honey chicken bites and steamed rice and a 90gm shake

Dinner was 175gms air fried chicken in a sando with goats cheese slices and another in a schnitty and a 90gm protein shake

And I had protein bars as snacks thru the day... The shakes alone make up 300gms 😓😓😓

Bloods look spot on mate. Those AST and ALT are fine for on cycle. Why did Dr say E2 is shit? My comment was going to be that if anything it could be slightly higher (assuming I've got units right and it's the typical Aus range of <160).

Estrogen is below 100 pmol. (<27pg/ml personally I'd like to see it closer to mid 30's sub 40) He'll tell me my testosterone is shit Because its not in range and the same goes for estrogen
I did tell him I was after E2 LCMS because I'm using Boldenone which converts to E1 but will read the same as e2 on a non sensitive test, but thats not something the public system offers... If my estrogen is being read this low but is a combination of E2 &E1 (E1 hasnt been determined as useful in men) then only a portion (an unknown portion) of that is useable E2. Which explains the low libido, usual daily amount of joint pain, stiffness and brainfog... I just put it down to being old and not lifting and recovering properly. I'm making adjustments and getting an lcms e2 and go from there.
(Edit: fk i hope its low e2 otherwise I got bigger problems to handle 😅😬)

The copper is to help put back what the daily zinc takes out and help with skin and hair, selenium is just a bit of prostate health, brain fog help and to assist thyroid function.

A very big day for protein, that bag of WPI90 by true is expensive and it copped a flogging 😬😬😬
The honey chicken was pretty nice for an Aldi job. 😊

Pretty decent sleep last night, woke up a touch heavier today at 91kg, which gave me confidence that I had enough water and glycogen in me to have a half decent go at it. 😆
I got up and fed Delly, got my things together for the weekend, showered and head off listening to the @Iron_rose1 poddy. Plenty to go over and will listen again 👌🏻I was really into it, the hormonal swing stuff had me jaw dropped, it was a real eyeopener, and makes me want to learn so much more.

Breakfast by the river was very nice.
I had an eggs benny with all three protein options, pulled lamb, Korean fried chicken and bacon.

I've had a heap of protein shakes and some new protein water, a grenade bar pre workout and a Musashi bar for a snack. (Bought a heap on special at the discount chemist)

While we were out and about I was able to restock a bunch of supps and grab some more aminos, WPI and protein water.

Dinner was 500gms of dry aged scotch fillet with asparagus. And another 120gm protein shake.

I don't think I can look at another shaker for a while hey.

Breakfast with My Darling Dearest and my Fam was a strong coffee, some hashbrowns, house made chips, and a steak sandwich on turkish.

Home for lunch, some left over chicken breast, jewfish caught by a workmate and white rice, a 120gm protein shake and a musashi bar.

Dinner was 300gm greek yoghurt, wpi90 protein and collagen with glycine, blueberries and strawberries and kiwifruits and another high protein shake with choc coconut water.

Did a little cooking for food prep and I am stuffed full of protein shakes now, and wondering how much fibre I should be getting in my diet cos at the moment I'm not really getting much in at all 🤔

Hey brother bloods are decent in most areas. Ast/alt is elevated and even though most write this off as fine you should always be trying to keep it as close to range as you can.
This could be skewed if you trained within a couple of days of testing also brother so not a massive concern.

A full day of rest. Slept sound and got up around 530. Bit more water weight on today, and after todays efforts of doing sweet nothing at all but sleeping and eating, I'm sure there will be plenty to work off in the gym tomorrow morning.

Just a huge day of eating chicken and cooking chicken and meal prepping chicken and then eating more chicken and drinking choc coconut water high protein shakes and sleeping and resting...

Hey my bro, thanks for dropping in. I did train the thursday before the test.

I've altered the PEDS to suit. They're 300testE (mondays) and 50testP (e.o.d) to try and quickly bring E2 up. 🤷‍♂️
I dropped the EQ altogether until things level back out.

The weekend was a bit of a chop up I get it, the diet got strayed from because I saw a shiny thing (protein king) and went after it 🙄 To answer your question, I feel physically stronger but my gut feels below average and I'm carrying a bit too much water now at 92.5kg today. When I was on super low calories I felt terrible and I was too thin and weak. Bumped back up closer to 2800 and feeling better... 4000 is a bit much tho 🤣

Back to the regular programming now.

Psyllium bro, trust me! If you check my log I pound that shit and it's changed my whole digestion and I'm now regular for the first time ever since early 20's.

@HarleyGuy I had to tell the doctor about the Log to let him know I'm deadset on a mission here. He gets it now. 😊 We have a good relationship, and he's very much a 'your body, your choice, but no need to die pretty' kind of guy.

Teach a man to lift and he'll lift for a day... Give a man body dysmorphia and he'll lift for his whole life 🤣

I dunno if I can keep going at this level of cals and protein, got too soft in the front end for my liking, that said, I did indulge with a treat tonight of some left over cheesecake and washed it down with a 60gm protein shake tho. Time to get back on track though with the regular programming.

Kinda sorta back on track with the food plan.

Couple of Bananas, some protein bars and no redbulls. A strong coffee tho.

Regular smoko of chicken, rice and broccoli.

Same again for lunch but with a yoghurt.

Was craving red meat for dinner so I grabbed a pack of kangaroo meat at the shops after walking Delta.

Slipped up and had some cheesecake shop leftovers 🙄 now I regret it, washed it down with a protein shake.

Hey my bro, thanks for dropping in. I did train the thursday before the test.

I've altered the PEDS to suit. They're 300testE (mondays) and 50testP (e.o.d) to try and quickly bring E2 up. 🤷‍♂️
I dropped the EQ altogether until things level back out.

The weekend was a bit of a chop up I get it, the diet got strayed from because I saw a shiny thing (protein king) and went after it 🙄 To answer your question, I feel physically stronger but my gut feels below average and I'm carrying a bit too much water now at 92.5kg today. When I was on super low calories I felt terrible and I was too thin and weak. Bumped back up closer to 2800 and feeling better... 4000 is a bit much tho 🤣

Back to the regular programming now.

Absolutely CRAVING red meat this arvo on the drive home though and sorted a (somewhat fatty) scotch fillet dinner with sourdough and six eggs. I kept a scotchy over for lunch tomorrow with rice.

Amazing red meat pics bro nice cuts of beef there!

Was a bit of a chore eating today.
Try and take the emotion out of eating and look at it similar to the gym. Put what you need to eat on the plate and that's your set, the reps are your bites and chewing and you get the set done. I do this with all meals regardless of how I feel (sometimes I get the sweats and my stomach hurts but who cares LOL). Then do this with all meals for the day and that's your 'workout' with all sets completed.

Plenty good sleep, but could have had more. The dreams have been entertaining on the GH and Glycine mix. Sleep has been deep, waking has been brief and infrequent.

This morning I decided to have a cheeky sneek peak at the Mots-C with a 500mcg dose before heading to work, I also had it with 500mcg of BPC pinned either side of my torso. Once at work, and after my coffee and banana, I had my 25mg Proviron.

I really wanted to save the Mots-c debut for a workout but I have an unexpected funeral to attend tomorrow and had to change plans.

Now bear with me because I'm totally aware that Mots-c is more than just the label of "fat burning exercise memetic".
It's in the stack because of the mitochondrial repair aspect, and with that, its ability to improve the production and delivery of ATP, and make use of this energy more efficiently. So lets talk energy...

To report first impressions, I'm gunna go a little left field, cos I was reminded of when I was an IV meth user. When we got on, we used to rate the current bag on whether it had arms, or legs, or both.

Arms being intensity but often short lived, and legs being a long duration of wakefulness but not much intensity... Some bags were all legs, some were all arms, sometimes u got on and it had both arms and legs and you were sideways for a couple days.

If I were to evaluate mots-c in the same fashion, it had plenty of legs for reliable, focused energy. Hard to explain. I was able to finish my control board wiring with minimal fuss but with a constant "fatigue override" vibe hunched over my bench in the disgusting heat. And it all felt very easy, with plenty to go left in the tank

Early days of course and an anecdotal initial impression to be real, but I wasn't nearly as tired at the end of the workday as usual. I can see massive potential preworkout on 1-2mg here.

Obligatory gear porn. Mr @Wolfenstein 🐺 Austrix Pharma peps always reconstitute clear and easy.
As I've said before, exactly what you should and can expect from a high quality vendor with an excellent product.

BG didnt vary much through the day and sat between mid 5's and 6.0

I had a few sneaky snacks, strawberries and what not.

Smoko was 120gm of scotch fillet beef and 100gm of rice + yoghurt.

Lunch was the regular chicken rice and broccoli with a yoghurt.

Dinner was 350gm turkey breast and an avo. 120gm choc coconut protein shake to wash it down.

Thrashing the adrenals like that for years on end makes a man a little bit tolerant of stimulants and it puts the blinders on the awareness and appreciation for how my body makes use of "energy", and took me a moment yesterday to realise "oh shit... I would normally be rinsed by now even with caffeine and good sleep"

Yesterdays awareness of a gentle, clean, efficient and steady state of reserve capacity would've been completely unappreciated by that old unhealthy version of me, which is why I said it reminded me of when I was a user.

I'll have to check out some other logs to see the impressions of others.

Plenty good sleep, but could have had more. The dreams have been entertaining on the GH and Glycine mix. Sleep has been deep, waking has been brief and infrequent.

This morning I decided to have a cheeky sneek peak at the Mots-C with a 500mcg dose before heading to work, I also had it with 500mcg of BPC pinned either side of my torso. Once at work, and after my coffee and banana, I had my 25mg Proviron.

I really wanted to save the Mots-c debut for a workout but I have an unexpected funeral to attend tomorrow and had to change plans.

Now bear with me because I'm totally aware that Mots-c is more than just the label of "fat burning exercise memetic".
It's in the stack because of the mitochondrial repair aspect, and with that, its ability to improve the production and delivery of ATP, and make use of this energy more efficiently. So lets talk energy...

To report first impressions, I'm gunna go a little left field, cos I was reminded of when I was an IV meth user. When we got on, we used to rate the current bag on whether it had arms, or legs, or both.

Arms being intensity but often short lived, and legs being a long duration of wakefulness but not much intensity... Some bags were all legs, some were all arms, sometimes u got on and it had both arms and legs and you were sideways for a couple days.

If I were to evaluate mots-c in the same fashion, it had plenty of legs for reliable, focused energy. Hard to explain. I was able to finish my control board wiring with minimal fuss but with a constant "fatigue override" vibe hunched over my bench in the disgusting heat. And it all felt very easy, with plenty to go left in the tank

Early days of course and an anecdotal initial impression to be real, but I wasn't nearly as tired at the end of the workday as usual. I can see massive potential preworkout on 1-2mg here.

As I've said before, exactly what you should and can expect from a high quality vendor with an excellent product.

BG didnt vary much through the day and sat between mid 5's and 6.0

I had a few sneaky snacks, strawberries and what not.

Smoko was 120gm of scotch fillet beef and 100gm of rice + yoghurt.

Lunch was the regular chicken rice and broccoli with a yoghurt.

Dinner was 350gm turkey breast and an avo. 120gm choc coconut protein shake to wash it down.

i would say with mots-c it takes time to feel it, at least a week or 2 to dial in the dose and jump hard :D @Doctakay love the foods pics

Choc coconut protein shake, yum! Mixing coconut water with a good tasting protein powder is a game changer 😊

$3 for a litre of Aldi choc coco and a couple scoops makes for a killer shake sister 🤙🏻

Now that proviron is in the stack to settle my head, and my bloods look pretty good, its time to put some NPP back in and chase some size and make leverage of the peps.

Had some Beetroot powder turn up and some restock of old favorites Glycine and Naringenin.

A very non routine day today. Wanted to get remaining bloods done before the funeral, Listened to @waggat poddy again on the way in, banger pod. I was running a bit late and by the time I got into town the lineup for pathology and clinic was too long and I would be waiting well past time, so I got changed in the carpark and headed to the town the funeral was in thinking I might be able to make a pathology before hand. Not gunna happen. It was on the other end of the town and I didnt wanna be late.

The send off was lovely, he will be sorely missed by many, he was an absolute gentleman and fellow lifter. He lived a very full and loving life, but cancer at 54 is way too soon, just like my old boy... These things always get me. Had to hold it in a few times.
Life can be over for you in an instant, say the words, enjoy the stuff, and do the things you want to do now... The ground is full of people who thought they would have more time. 😔

I greeted my friends and headed off for pathology still fasted. In and out no hassles.

Off to Aldi to grab some weekend air frier chicken and chicken breast and broccoli for work lunches and made an order to pickup from my favorite Filipino place. I was fangin for a feed by now so had a quick protein bar, grabbed my Crispy Pata and rice comfort food and took off on the long drive home listening to @codezz poddy again. Another grouse listen. Love it.

No gym today though I did bring my bag just incase I could make time. Tomorrow maybe and deffo Saturday morning, gunna go to the reserve with the dogs tomorrow with Mick. Today has left me a little bit... Out of sorts.😮‍💨

I pretty much ate the whole days food in one long sitting, but my macros are all over the shop and I ate like an asshole. Work seems to be how I maintain that diet adherence. Broke up the feed by driving Mum to her sisters place in the next town over and I've been sleeping on the lounge under the airco with Delta cos this heat is disgusting 😓

Looks like a refle time and somber day brother. Sorry for your loss, it was obviously felt more deeply than you realised.
Life happens and shit gets in the way of our somewhat meticulous routines that we have developed for ourselves.
Got your food in, Delta's happy and A/c . Could be a lot worse than that 😉🩵
