All my life I've been a fairly tall & slender guy. Despite my mother claiming I was eating her out of house and home by devouring the groceries, I never pushed passed 140lbs throughout high school. I took several semesters of weight training in hs while playing baseball, I never managed to put on size and eventually I gave up. I moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18 and started a new life. Over the years that I have been here, I've had several personal trainers lasting anywhere from 3-6 months, all ending because I never saw tangible results and decided to stop wasting money.
2024
At this point my energy levels were horrible, waking up was a struggle, I wanted to get in shape but despite trying to force myself into a routine, I failed. On a random whim I decided to wanted to look into TRT, assuming my T was low. I ordered a hormone panel for myself, waited on my results, called a TRT clinic with the results and was told that I was most likely not a candidate due to my bloodwork and they do not recommend it. (Attached below) I understood 600 total t was considered average, though I felt the rest of my bloodwork told some of the story, higher end Estradiol, lower end free and bioavailable test.
Base Bloodwork Summary
- Albumin: 4.6
- Sex Hormone Binding Globulin: 38
- Total T: 600
- Estradiol: 37
- Prolactin: 5.9
- Test Free: 73.6
- Test BioAva: 154.5
I closed out 2024 not changing anything, staying unhappy with myself, gained a bit of weight and looked fat at 180lbs.
2025
Starting around February I became interested in peptides, placed an order for Reta.
Within a month I lost 10lbs, immediately ordered other peptides like GHKCU, Melanotan 2, Ipamorelin & CJC.
By June I was down to 143lbs, I finally started feeling like there was some light at the end of the tunnel but I still wasn't satisfied because I was right back where I started in high school, skinny.
At this point, I decided If I was already injecting Chinese chemicals in my body, more couldn't hurt.
I decided to do what any obviously sane individual would do and used Gemini to analyze my bloodwork from 2024 and design a TRT program for me to follow.
It went off doing "research" between the different testosterone types, injection methods, dosing recommendations, and PCT. Eventually it landed on 150mg of Test C, split into 3 doses, 50mg each, SubQ. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. + 250iu of HCG, Tuesday & Thursday for testicular function.
Deciding either It was going to work or I was perfectly fine if it went a horrible alternative, I spent a little time googling, sent some funds off via crypto to what I've learned is a reputable source recommend on the forums, waited a week or so and was staring at my first 2,000mg vial of Test C (200mg/ml) & Two vials of 5,000iu HCG.
Not wanting to waste money and wanting some guidance in the gym, I went to craigslist and searched for personal trainers. I picked out the biggest looking guy in my area and set my first session for June 30th, 2025. (Shoutout to Paul!)
Cycle Start & Workout Schedule
- Friday June 20th, 2025
- 150mg Test C Weekly, 3 Doses of 50mg, SubQ (M/W/F)
- 250iu HCG, Twice per week (Tues/Thurs)
At first I dreaded waking up, I had more energy but the workouts were intense, not as easy as I expected and I realized how weak I actually was. Trainer was able to keep me motivated, I finished my first month training, seeing some results. The second month is where I slowly began enjoying waking up, I looked forward to the gym and wanted to push myself harder. The more results I saw, the better I felt, the more I wanted to be in the gym.
Upping my Dose, A Grave miscalculation & Diet
Eventually August 20th, I decided I wanted to up my dose, I recalculated and landed on 240mg of Test C per week, split into 3 doses, 80mg per, administered (M/W/F) It was at this time, I cut out the HCG all together. All of this lead by my *expert* doctors ChatGpt & Gemini. I created a dosing schedule to follow and went about my business per usual.
My workouts are feeling wonderful, I am steadily adding weight to every lift each week. I'm pretty much on autopilot at the gym, if Paul tells me to pick it up and lift it, I do it. Heavy weight, 8-10 reps, If i do it with ease the weight goes up and I have to do it again. I started to catch on to the patterns and lifts we were doing, PPL. (Push, Pull, Legs) Every workout ended with abs, either leg raises or the ab crunch machine. I would look forward to the leg raises because they were quicker to do, but he really enjoyed torturing me on the ab machine. 12 Reps Left Oblique, 12 Reps Middle, 12 Reps Right Oblique, 3 sets for 108 total reps. Eventually I was able to max this machine out and started to enjoy it.
Around September 8th, I was feeling abnormally great! This is when I did the mental math in my head on an injection day and realized I had accidentally been dosing around 480mg of test for what appears to have been two weeks. Somewhere along the line, I meant to split my dose into two different syringes because I was getting rather large knots in my abdomen from injecting 80mg of Test C in a single injection. I was meant to split it into two syringes to reduce the knot size. Instead, I began injecting two doses of 80mg! I did not feel an adverse effects aside from a small amount of acne on my shoulders, I actually felt wonderful, very energetic, and my lifts were immaculate.
I corrected this and went down to 280mg per week, I landed on daily doses of 40mg, 7 days per week for a total of 280mg per week.
My trainer instilled the "see food" diet on me, if you see food, eat it. At this point I'm consuming 1.5+lbs of chicken breast or thigh per day, a half gallon of whole milk, 2 bananas, 2 cups of nonfat yogurt, a bowl or two of cereal with a healthy scoop or two of peanut butter and anything else I can get my grubby little fingers on.
The Ending October - December
September was polished off well with a minor shoulder Injury from a workout. At some point I figured this could happen, I've never pushed anything close to this weight in my life nor had any kind of muscle mass on my frame. I had a healthy stock of BPC157 & TB500, quickly began dosing nightly directly into the affected area and worked around the discomfort. Two weeks into October I was back to normal and pushing myself harder.
October was great, increased my lifts, felt better, looked bigger, got laid more, some shoulder acne still present. At this point I've been trying to fight the shoulder acne with 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. (It's not working) Oddly, the women I'm seeing have a fascination with popping them and squeezing until I'm bleeding. They enjoy it and it drives me nuts because I have to ask them to wash their hands before they do it every time, then I slather my shoulders in some 10% BP or Adapalene.
Halloween night, October 31st, 2025! Great night! I ended the evening with a hand injury, over the next few days it swells a little and feels worse. I shove it to the back of my mind and do what I can during my workouts, any push exercise with my left hand are starting to hurt and get worse. My trainer notices I'm starting to struggle with certain exercise, at this point in mid September I can no longer do a normal flat hand pushup due to the excruciating pain, I'm very limited on any push movement, pull movements are starting to slowly suffer as well.
I went to the doctor for an Xray & MRI, I have a scaphoid fracture. I stuck out the rest of my paid session and concluded my training 12/5/25.
Present Day 1/26/25
I am currently waiting for my surgery, I have not been working out. I am still dosing 280mg Testosterone Cypionate Weekly, (40mg, SubQ - Daily thigh Injections). Currently I am still facing issues with light shoulder acne, I've tossed around the idea of micro dosing Accutane, but discovered this forum at the beginning of this month and decided to get updated bloodwork and ask for advice before I make any further decisions.
Regarding my blood work, I now realize the panel I have been ordering is missing additional information and moving forward I will be ordering the testing I've seen recommended here.
My estradiol is high at 92 right now, I want to say this is the cause for the acne and I should probably introduce an AI but I've read conflicting information. Some saying you should reduce your estradiol and other saying you don't want to crash it.
I'm also aware that I should probably becoming off cycle at this point due to the length I've been on, my injury & surgery, etc.
Needs & Wants & Questions
Ideally, I'm looking for advice on what to do in general! I could rely on my A.I overlords again (I do not recommend this), but as there seems to be a plethora of intelligent and experienced individuals to guide me, I decided to start here.
Should I come off cycle? My sexual health is important to me, at some point in life I would like to have children and currently my nuts have shriveled to the size of raisins. Correction, I just felt them and they are an average size pecan. My point being, they've shrunk from my baseline.
If I come off, do I come off completely or lower to a trt dose? From my understanding my current dose is not massive but not light enough to be trt.
If i come off completely, do I come off cold turkey or titrate off?
If i come off completely, do I need to PCT?
I would like to understand what is causing my shoulder acne and how to prevent it in the future.
After my surgery and my hand is healed, I would like to start another cycle and dabble in a stack. Realistically this timeline is looking 3-6 months from the date of surgery, if not slightly longer.
Baseline & During Bloodwork below, along with before & during photos.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and looking forward to the advice.
