Headhunter’s Recomp Cycle

Planning a cycle, I will get to posting a full log when I get hands on a computer. For now here is some info.
Cycle plan
250 mg test Cyp
200 mg tren enanthate

Planning on running for twelve weeks more, already been on test cyp for 4 weeks, waiting for tren to touchdown next week.

Current weight 270 lbs I am 6ft 4”

Diet

150 grams of protein minimum per day

Running a calorie deficit of -500 Cals

Training

Training 5 times a week 3 days on , rest 2 days off , 2 days on

Supplements
Psiclium husk 4 grams daily
Coq10 200 mg daily
Milk thistle recommended dose not sure of it off by hand

Peptides
Tirzepitide currently on 2.5 mg titrating up as directed by doctor

Pct
Nolvadex
Enclomiphene

Medications
100 mg syraquel XR at night for ptsd and sleep titrating down as it was making me fat
50 mg sertraline once at night
225 mg lyrica once at night for anxiety and sleep



Want to include equipoise but not sure how much to use ??? HELP PLS

What are the rest of your macros.

150g of protein is really low for someone your size.

What are your cycle goals? Are you cutting with the Tren? Have you run Tren before?

If you're new to running cycles you may wanna take it easy off the start. The more compounds you add the more sides and variables you need to manage. Tren and EQ are both a little more advanced too

That's very very low for protein.

As for my exercise routine I guess I totally whiffed explaining that what you said is exactly what I do Thursday is my rest day.

I know that’s low for protein but that’s my minimum I find it hard to get enough protein day to day especially well on a calorie deficit. I am eating 2 meals 50 protein a meal at minimum, a protein bar and a protein shake 25 G protein each.

Any extra protein ideas I’m open to.

I am new to running cycles but getting bloods once a month as well as checking blood pressure daily. I really really want to include tren in my cycle and if sides are too bad (ie. blood pressure or hematocrit gets to high I will cut the tren)

Not trying to be rude or mean at all here, but please read this, take it as suggestions I'm sure others will have other openions...


I would probably look at macros around this tbh dude

• Calories: ~2,165–2,170 kcal

• Protein: ~245–255 g

• Carbs: ~197–200 g

• Fat: ~39–40 g

I would also not touch tren not with your current body composition. I fear you are asking for trouble in relation to progesterone due to your body fat being higher you will aromatise heavier more then likely.

Test and fat loss aids.

A few suggestions would be.

You could also consider something like clen.

At the end of the day it's your body and your choice but my honest recommendation is do not touch tren or any AA's at this point.

Move more eat less bring in fat loss aids then in a few months consider bringing in something else.

A few more suggestions are aim for 10k steps every day (70k a week) and at least 2 hrs low impact cardio on top of your steps (exercise bike or elliptical) would be my suggestion.

Hit weights 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off your 2 off days do your cardio on those days if you can (2x 1hr sesh) or 30mins every weight traning day.
 
Just think about my suggestions because if you start with tren I'm worried you'll have too many complications
Definitely appreciate all you have said and will definitely think more before starting the tren. As far as weight loss goes I’ve lost 15 lbs in the last month so I’m on track to a healthier composition thankfully. As far as the peptides you listed I will pick up slu for sure. Reta I can’t take as I’m already taking tirzepitide aka mounjaro which is the legal version of reta. And what is MB ? if was only to get two of your listed peptides one being SLU what other one would you suggest, taking RETA off the table as I’m pretty much already taking it.

MB=methylene blue it's short hand for it.

Basically between slu mots c and mb it helps your body use body fat efficiently for energy.

If funds allow HGH would also be a much bigger help then jumping on tren.

Push the fat loss as far and as hard as you can because AA's while they do increase out put they do not directly increase fatloss

The reason I suggested Reta is because of its triple agonist effect, it dose not crash your hunger unless dosages are high but it does do a lot more for your body health and lipids in a positive manner then monjaro or ozempic

Welcome bro and I'm glad you're liking @biogenix. It's great to have you and I'm impressed with your detailed info and openness in sharing it!

A lot of great info here for a log and I have a ton of experience with these meds (currently titrating off some if you check my 2026 log by clicking: here) as well as experience helping others with PTSD, c-PTSD, and Operator Syndrome and suffer from O/S myself. I have some strong opinions about your cycle and compound choice that needs to be kept in mind given your PTSD and Rx meds; these are lessons I've learned the hard way and is captured in both my logs (2025/2026). HOW and WHY TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

i agree on the tren, wouldnt do it, GH would be much much better addition.

Dont agree on the macros however - 200g protein would be fine with how much actual lean mass he has. Fill the rest with carbs to fuel training.

Calories are probably low to be honest I would go to 2500-2600 - better for long term fat loss.

Honestly bro you're probably right and as the diet progresses and he has less body fat the cals will have to continually be dropped. I just used my current cals and macros to give a clean simple example for a break down for him

Bro is 6 foot 4 and heavy, hed be burning alot just training and being alive, 2500 is probably low too being on test aswell.

My maitenence is around 5k it seems, also 6 foot 4, but a bit leaner.

thank you for sharing @Headhunter1116 Start by posting an actual diet and training log before you jump full on cycle.

For example at your bodyfat trenbolone is bad for you, you need to be working with eq for the e2 level.

You may wanna consider running something like tirzepatide or retatrutide first before starting a cycle. The higher your body fat percentage is the worst that sides you're gonna deal with are. Especially with something like Tren. You'd have much better results and a much safer cycle if you can get to bit of a healthier place before you start adding peds in the mix.
