In the gym...


Honestly things have been same same but different, some lifts I lost a rep some lifts I went up in weight and matched reps. I feel I have been rushing a little trying to get through the workout putting cardio after my post work out meal. Before going to work. This coming week I'm going to get to the gym just a bit earlier and see if that is the route cause.
Mental health:

Honestly the first 24hrs after coming off cycle was a bit rough I'm not going to lie, motivation did dip but this was my first cycle utilising short esters, and honestly I prefer long, as they taper off smoother then A or P.
How are things at home..
Works been shit, I'm too efficient at my job and it's costing me hrs, due to also being casual that means I'm loosing money. Which would honestly be a stressor if I wasn't so well supported by friends, family and loved ones.
My other half is off to uni for a few days (on her way to becoming an RN) then she is off on placement for 4 weeks at probably one of the best hospitals in the state so it will look fantastic on her resume.
Her prep, it's going well prep brain is totally kicking in and it didn't help that that was also my first day off cycle so we were just to morons who did thee wrong traning days

• Reta has been increased to 4mg a week and instantly I didn't want my vape let's see if that sticks or not still using but not chasing it like where did I put it or I have to hit it.
