Hey evo fam. I’m Kutch and I’ve decided to start a log here. I’m an active member of the UGLOZ community, and have decided to branch out here as well.
Cycle/Log Outcome Goals:
The main purpose of my log is to share my journey with the community, hold myself accountable and be held accountable by others in this community. I’m was in a growth phase, with the end goal of being on a stage by 2028. I’ve been training for 6 years so far and up until this weekend, I’ve never been coached. I’ve also written my own programs for the past few years using trial and error and finding what works for me.
Recently I’ve began a new journey for better health as i’ve always relied on my genetics to get me the results I’ve currently got. I’ve signed up with CG as a coach over the weekend, to structure an actual plan, and get me to the best possible version of myself.
I’m a young father, and being able to step on stage with my child in the crowd is something I’ve dreamed of for a long time.
I want to take all necessary steps to get on stage in the best possible shape, and more importantly the best possible health!

Current Weight: 95kg
Current Physique will be attached.
Training Program: Currently on a modified PPL/UL split. It looks like this:
Sunday: Chest, Side Delts & Biceps
Monday: Back, Rear Delts, Traps and Triceps
Tuesday: Hamstring Dominant Leg day & Abs
Wednesday: Rest.
Thursday: Upper Body
Friday: Quad Dominant Leg Day & Abs
In the UGLOZ community, I’m known for my poor diet choices. Everyone in the community chat has seen my eating habits, and many are disgusted by them. I’ve known I needed to change this aspect of my journey for quite some time, but have been making various excuses on why I won’t. Taking the piss, really.
I decided it’s time for a change, a big one. I reached out to CG and signed myself up with him, and we’ve worked out a solid plan for myself moving forward. He’s programmed my macros, supplementation, insisted I get bloods ASAP and drop to a cruise once I do so. As of right now, these are the changes we’ve made, and today was the first day of sticking to them strictly.
Macros:
3090kcal
260g Protein
400g Carbohydrates
50g Fats per day
Support supplements/PEDs:
Testosterone Enanthate 225mg weekly
Growth Hormone 4iu Nightly
Retatrutide 2mg 1 x Weekly
Nac 1,000 mg Daily
Fish Oil 5,000 mg Daily
Vitamin D3 5,000 iu Daily
Vitamin K2 200 mcg Daily
Creatine 5G 2x Daily
Coq10 200 mg Daily
He’s also given me some incredible supporting information to implement into my training.
Compared to my previous dietary/PED choices, this is a deficit for me. We’re focusing on getting healthy bloods and getting as peeled as possible before we head back into a growth phase.
I’ll be updating my log weekly with meals and how I trained for the week, with weekly physique photos to show my progress.
Now time for where I started, and where i’m at now.
