I just want to finish the cut off bro, that way st the start of the reverse I can just pull back a little so with out changing cals the reverse is started 😅.

Funny thing is I can probably loose another 5% bf and if I add 20kg I'll only just be pushing my weight cap for classic

Actually really enjoying the cycling as my cardio, slight quad pump and it's low enough impact I do not fear loosing muscle while doing it. Also seems to be conditioning the hamstrings a bit so win win
I am jealous! I love the bike for cardio, nice and low impact on the joints and doesn’t fatigue the legs too much. I asked my coach if I could do bike for my cardio, and his response was “yeah for sure do HIIT on the assault bike”. So yeah… still sticking to the cross trainer for now 🤣

Thanks bro I just spaced yesterday and clicked the first program realised lastnight and decided ahhh fuck it we always hit back the day after chest 💪💪.

Hoping check in goes well tomorrow and gains gives me the plan of either keep cutting or we start the reverse. Either way I feel like I am destined to do well, maybe not win the olimpia but be competitive 🖤

Honestly things have been same same but different, some lifts I lost a rep some lifts I went up in weight and matched reps. I feel I have been rushing a little trying to get through the workout putting cardio after my post work out meal. Before going to work. This coming week I'm going to get to the gym just a bit earlier and see if that is the route cause.



Mental health:🧠🧠

Honestly the first 24hrs after coming off cycle was a bit rough I'm not going to lie, motivation did dip but this was my first cycle utilising short esters, and honestly I prefer long, as they taper off smoother then A or P.



How are things at home.. 🏡



Works been shit, I'm too efficient at my job and it's costing me hrs, due to also being casual that means I'm loosing money. Which would honestly be a stressor if I wasn't so well supported by friends, family and loved ones.



My other half is off to uni for a few days (on her way to becoming an RN) then she is off on placement for 4 weeks at probably one of the best hospitals in the state so it will look fantastic on her resume.



Her prep, it's going well prep brain is totally kicking in and it didn't help that that was also my first day off cycle so we were just to morons who did thee wrong traning days 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

New all time low weight as far back as I can remember can't reveal too much in relation to that you'll have to tune in Sunday 🤐🤐🤐.

But I will say THIS

Coach beloved I could be considered relatively deep prep, but that's not the plan.

Plan is still finish this cut strong, reverse properly and grow like an absolute weed while keeping conditioning tight.

@Gains Man has about 15months to get me as much mass as possible and be ready for prep, but that 15months will be my next log
