New to evo, have currently got a log on evolutionary.org but I want to put myself out there and let other members know what im doing and whats working for me and the progress ive made since getting a coach and doing it someone else's way because my way just wasn't working.

Life's great, motivation and intensity in the gym is solid. I train early mornings so then ive got the day to do what I need to do.
I work FIFO so at first it was a challenge dialling in to Nutrition and using mine camp gyms but i make it work!
I just keep turning up, grinding away , listen and take advice from my coach, eat and sleep properly and the results speak for themselves

Who knows , one day i could potentially step on stage, strongly considering it 😅

Currently week 7 into a push phase, coming off an 11 week cut where i managed to loose just over 7kg's

@Dropped Scone fantastic start to this. Looking really nice on the food. You put together some really good nutrition. Just be careful on too much fermented food like sauerkraut. It may not agree with everybody.

@Dropped Scone fantastic start to this. Looking really nice on the food. You put together some really good nutrition. Just be careful on too much fermented food like sauerkraut. It may not agree with everybody.

I like the dinner that you are putting together and I like the pre-workout. @Dropped Scone some carbs and some healthy fruit is a good one. It's something similar to what I do.
