Sorry to hear that man. I have been through many problems with my ex as well. Before she passed away we had our fair share of problems. A lot of people don't know that about me.

Yeah it friggen sux. I thought it would end amicable for the kids sake, thats the reason i suggested we seperate in first place. Very toxic. Just wish she didnt take this path as gunna be expensive now and eating away at money could have used to provide for the kids.

My advice is let her keep the house and you guys can split the kids 50/50. The kids are more important and it's what's best for the kids not what's best for you financially.

yeah that's a lot of times the issue: people fight over the kids and they end up costing themselves both money.
 
Just wanted to do a bit of an update. Last 2 days diet has been thown into all sorts. I have done 2 fasted cardio sessions but havnt had time for much else. My youngest has been in hospital and they have found a mass on his kidney which needs further investigation. Today is his birthday and going to spend it in hospital.

Also trying to get ghe evidence for defending myself in court monday. I think the fact the ex wife rang me to look after the eldest while she is at hospital eill look favourable as if i was abusive why would i be first contact to step up?

I also think she realised the potential impact of making a false claim as she has been trying to get the case dropped apparently. ( heresay from her family) her family have been great support and keep checking i am ok.

Anyway, the reta from @OneStopShop has made it easy to not overindulge and currently weight is sitting at 80.5kg.
 
Had a great sleep last night. 8 hours total. 6 straight up. Then had another 2.

Having brekki soon and getting my eldest ready to go to his nans for the night. Gym haircut and get to the hospital to see if any updates on my youngest. They found a mass on his kydney so hoping its nothing too sinister.

Then will go over all my evidence to disprove ex wives allegations.

Court is at 830 tomorrow hopefully all will be good. If not going to get even more expensive.

Headspace- all over the shop at moment. I hope no one ever gets accused of something they havnt done as it really destroys you. I have thought about having her charged with assault and false accusations but do not want to drag my kids through it. I just need to keep a clear head to rebutt accusations. That part is hard for me as i wear my heart on my sleeve.

The wives family are constantly into me saying we need to work it out and as i said to them. That ship has sailed. All i want is to work together and support and parent our children. There is no chance of repairing the relationship. That ship has sailed all the way to court. I dont think they understand how much this has wrecked my brain.

Im trying to. I hope the judge just sees through the lies. I have alot of evidence in my favour including statements from the wives family. Hopefully im just stressing over nothing. Will find out tomorrow i suppose.

My heads all over the shop with one child still in hospital, pending court and finding somewhere to live whilst trying to be present for my eldest thats with me.

Mid workout selfie.
Strength feels a little off but feels good. Not pushing it. Plus all the extras have been dropped ie anavar and npp so understandable. Also test dropped to 150mg week pinned twice though.

Few days of diet being on point things should improve.

Headspace improving with every push!

I know i said wasnt going to log but its keeping my mind off things. Did 40minutes fasted cardio this morning as couldnt sleep. 17.5% 3kmh.

Waist now measures 32.5inches so down almost 2 inches from last measurement. Dont have scales at my old girls place so weight unknow but was 80.5 yesterday morning i think. The reta from @OneStopShop

At the moment, all we have been told is he has a 10cm cancer on his kidney. They cant operate with it that big as he wont make it. So they trying to figure best way to shrink it first. Theres meant to be an oncologist coming from another area to discuss with the other cancer drs at current hospital. Im still stuck waiting for my court case so havnt had a chance to see if any updates

Life can be a harsh thing. Stay strong brother, for what is worth, you have people you don’t even know, praying for your son, for healing and they are praying for you, for strength.
 
Thanks everyone, we will get through this. If i can become strong the way i have he will too. Had a shit judge 2day too but still fine to see my kids. Didnt listen or look at any of my evidence. So on 5year good behaviour. The court system is so broken for guys. But live and learn. Time to concentrate on the important things in life.

Yeah the system is really harsh towards men. At least you can still see your kids and hopefully put all the relationship drama behind you.
 
They are pretty confident little one has wilms tumour. Waiting for a special die to do the test to confirm. Thats booked for thursday. Apparently it usually has favourable outcomes from removing of kidney and tumour and chemo for between few weeks upto 9 months depending if it affects anything else

Ok, whos got the best dmaa or preworkout booster? Happy for powder/caps or injectable. Need motivation to push through this messy brain. Struggling to even think or talk at moment. I took 20minutes before to actually meditate. Im far from a religeous person but even prayed for the first time. Hoping that is the end of the bad news for a while.

I got the little one to even smile 2day. Was so good. It sux seeing him go downhill so fast as he cant even sit up now. I yook him out in the pram. Nurse said stay inside but he pointed outside so snuck him out for few minutes. He was so happy.

Hospital meal prep done. Instead of 200g egg whites, 4 eggs and oats i will be having 6 eggs and half cup oats. Rest of meals are as intended. Will see how many pushups, squats, dips and situps i can do over the next 2 days. Will also be seeing if i can find cheap dumbells to take. Hardest part is gunna be keeping peptides cold. Reckon cooler bag and ice blocks would work? Fridges are communal so cant put in there i dont think. Monday is psyc and gym before heading home to get shit done for when eldest gets home from daycare.

Fyi whilst hospital hot bunking we have agreed to other parent stays at house with eldest. Hes struggling with all the change at moment.

Scan didnt help much today as the type of dye used doesnt work on 10% of patients and just so happens our youngest is in the minority. So biopsy monday to check what type of cancer it is and what stage. Poor bugger cant catch a break.

Caravan moved to mates place for time being so when all out of hospital im a hillbilly in a van. Any other bodyweight exercises u can think of throw them my way.

I am under 80kg, cant remember exact as was like 2 hours ago. But was low 79kg. I ate heaps yesterday but ecerything i ate had protein. 2day and 2morrow if i get a chance will input into fitness pal but quick estimate was around 2300cal and 215p yesterday. Done my cooking/prep ready for hospital. Packed protein powder and protein bars for if i get hungry as i do tend to stress eat. I increased reta from @OneStopShop
 
To 4mg whilst at the hospital to try prevent this. Surgery for myself is still wednesday then will be restarting mito stack. Better prepared this time and either have all on hand or arriving monday.

Again, thank you everyone for your support. Will also get a fine tuning by psyc monday. Gotta stay strong. I even almost walked into a church yesterday. Id burn into flames though.

Yeah my weight is the last thing on my mind. Waist measurements mean more now. I only weigh myself just as a checkin now and seeing how sleep or lack of can add so much weight. Started doing different varyations of pushups today in hospital when little one goes to sleep.

Church isnt out of the question at moment but just seeing how i go with everything else first. I did actually pray for the first time 2 nights ago just incase someone is out there listening. Was good to just say what i felt without anyone judging even if there isnt someone there. Im not against or for religeon its just the unkown for me.

I can attest to this @fingers86. I sleep never more than 6 hours a night (with naps during the day) and I run a whey protein scoop of creatine ED (30g) and I'm good to go and wake up no problem and jump out of bed. It's 02:00 EST here and I'll be up around 06:30.
 
Got me some workout motivation. Plus a little something for the future. Stock up while its available. Thanks @Gold Standard Labs. Set to head to gym in the morning tomorrow then surgery wednesday. Little ones currently asleep having biopsy, boan marrow check and tube in the vein of neck ready for chemo. Still unsure the order but they putting in there now so less procedures.

Yeah mate, its what i originally had planned for next build but rare so was thinking of test and eq. But still prefer the primo idea. Hopefully its constant supply so can stock up before then. Most that do have stock its lower dosed and require more. Which is/was last resort

Personally I'd go Test/EQ all day especially on a build, but if you want primo I'd stock up now. There's one wave of primo coming but it won't necessarily be in your orbit or last long and there's rumblings of even more tomfoolery in the raw material world right now.

The only reason im thinking going back to the test primo and npp is from what i see a lower risk of adverse effects. Eq has long intro to reach desired effect but if overshoot takes a long time to rectify. With little one most likely still having chemo then, i cant afford to chase my tail. Id still like to do eq but might wait. Thoughts?

Definitely put your little one first. Whether EQ will have any adverse effects and have you needing to backtrack is arguable but you don't need anything else on your mind at all so go with what you know and with what's in an out like NPP. Primo can tag along for the ride with your Test and you'll mentally feel you're good to go with the compounds on board.

Yeah, its still a few months away so still playing with ideas. I may even just push the build back a month as want to commit to it. All depends on little one. Eq would definately give more desired results once dialled in. But eventually want to try primo anyway so buying a cycle worth so can when needed. Eq seems 2b in constant supply. Will wait and see as it gets closer it will b easier to chose.
 
Ok so started the buildup for mito today.
4mg ss31 daily
2.5mg 5amino1q daily
25mg nad1000 twice a week. Increasing by 25mg a week to max of 100mg twice a week depending on tollerance.
Mots-c will be added in 10 days aswell as slu-pp.
slu will start at 20mg twice a day increasing if wanted/required so i can give a proper judgement on how it goes.
Mots-c will be 2mg daily and may increase to max of 3mg.
Carderine 10mg daily will incrrase to 20 next week.
Also ordered tmg and methyl folate with b12 methyl.

Plan currently is to also continue 2iu gh at night and once fully onboard increase to 4iu with 500mg metformin at night.

Igf-1lr3 will be introduced for 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. Will be taken preworkout with 48g fast carbs and 24g fast carbs post workout aswell as my lunch which includes rice.

I will be having bloods taken in 3 weeks to check everything has settled post last cycle of orals and npp. If all is looking good i may introduce 20mg injectable superdrol for the 4 weeks in the middle thst igf drops off.

Idea is that i may push the next cycle back by a month or 2 due to little one most likely will be sick due to chemo so want to be home with him.

OTher thought is currently only getting to workout 3 days per week so i could get bloods, 20mg superdrol first for 3-4 weeks then igf then 20mg superdrol 3-4 weeks. Obviosly will need bloods checks before 2nd lot superdrol. If i go this route i will naked cruise except test and gh between aug and sept and start bulk october.

If i was to go eq, what ratio to test as an aussie? I noticed e2 crashing is common with us guys from down under. Seen some go 3-1 and still crash. Thats where i was thinking to start as my e2 is usually highish

Can't go wrong with playing it safe and starting with 3:1. Did you plan on doing bloodwork after starting the EQ so we can dial in your EQ dose?

Yeah was planning to do 1 before one 3-4 weeks in to dial as required. If decent results do 1 last week, then again 6weeks post cycle

There's an eBook about IGF-LR3 that just dropped if you wanna check it out. You can also site inject inject this but @LevButlerov would know more about that.

Yes I see you planned bloods for about 4 weeks from now, we can time the bloods with your EQ and Sdrol usage if you're starting that at the same time. e2, AST/ALT will need to be watched.

If it's real IGF1-LR3 this dose should be plenty, 4 weeks is maxing out your run of this as the receptor downregulation happens fast with this. It's good you plan to then take 4 weeks off afterwards too.

After reading more into i decided to go 10mg 3 weight days a week. Each group gets a go. And maybe a 4th depending on hospital stays. Planning on alt/ast before middle and after. So i can just how much it effects me. That way i know roughish for next time i may go higher than 10mg. I know its not a linea effect but i can see how close to extreme levels it is too see a rough risk of increasing next time.

So using igf1lr3 4 weeks sdrol 4 igf 4. Then cruise a month or 2 to find maintenance cals. Then do a push. If 2 months will see if health markers support another oral/injectzble while eq builds

This sounds like a good plan and you've got proper bloods all mapped out often I like that. Reducing to 10mg Sdrol should give you roughly same results with less toxicity I think that was smart.
