Naps Gear runaround help appreciated

So, a little confused with Naps Gear and feeling scammed. I’ve made my first order and paid with Zelle while following NapsGear directions and who to send Zelle to. They have accepted payment but emailed me to ask for another payment but to a different Zelle email. A Quinten Foster emailed me with directions to figure out what is going on only to have direction take me nowhere with zero help. There are 3 high priority tickets that I’ve posted with Naps to have no communication after Quinten sent me in a circle. I do not know what is up but just today they are asking for payment to now a 4th new Zelle contact. Feeling scammed with no help from their support.
Has anyone else had issues. My order has sat in Pending since 3.2.26 with my payment accepted on a domestic available order.
It seems like a sponsored organization on this site would have some sort of support or communication while accepting my Zelle payment. Best, Jimbo.

i'm guessing you have a zelle issue thats why i always suggest paying with bitcoin tbh

You've literally been able to tag someone who, according to you, isn't here. If they weren't here you can't tag them.

Napsgear doesn't give people the runaround; you're just not contacting the right people. Make sure you get a hold of our boy Jason; he will take care of you.
 
Great point. This was why I said that. This forum send me this saying oops that person could not be found. I’m glad it’s a system issue and am able to get help from that person when technology said otherwise. Thanks Mobster

Napsgear doesn't give people the runaround; you're just not contacting the right people. Make sure you get a hold of our boy Jason; he will take care of you.
Love your advise as I was going to their direct customer support and their help site and set up tickets without success. Fortunately, we have this forum to get help from. Thanks 2Thick

Thanks to all, especially @LevButlerov for showing support that NapsGear and @jasonhill800 will have this fixed soon but I do think the story still needs to be shared.

We are now 2 weeks with zero word from NapsGear being made with today being the 3rd time sharing my bank transaction, bank confirmation numbers of transaction, etc. and still nothing really happening outside of being told it’s being looked into by @jasonhill800. Still feels quite odd for the domestic order and to have zip in communication or help from the NapsHelp support team. So far, the support team, Quentin Foster, has only sent one email to me and asked for more payment. But payment was made and proven to be made on multiple occasions into tickets for issues.

Are others having issues? Or is it only my one off with them?

I’ve now had 3 friends say they won’t order from NapsGear after this snaffo with one being the person who originally referred me. Those 3 have gone elsewhere as they don’t want complications. Would love to get them back ordering from NapsGear so let’s get my simple order of $247 fixed soon. Please.

Not sure why this has happened and he seems to feel the same. Still at ground zero and same spot was in when I originally posted. Nothing has been done and it’s been 2 weeks since payment was accepted by NapsGear. No help from their support or NapsHelp.

We never said that we received your payment and still didn’t ship your items, we’re actually still waiting on confirmation from the bank. Without that, we can’t ship the order yet. (and no source will ship the order without payment confirmation)

Also, you mentioned in PM that the Zelle payment was sent under a different name, not yours, so that’s adding to the delay too.

We’re working on it and trying to sort it out, just give us a little time to verify everything.

Thanks for update. PM said I wonder if that was issue if possible and your response was that should be a non issue. Appreciate you digging in with team but did provide the confirmation from bank with Quinton and the tickets multiple times as you again saw yesterday. Cool it’ll get figured out but all confirmation has been given. Maybe the snow storm slowed down the team working. I don’t know but payment has been proven to your help team. Being in the 3rd week to confirm payment just feels odd. I suppose it’s my bad for wondering. Have an awesome day.

As I keep showing payment proof here is the transaction. I have given them the confirmation number now 4 times.

And this is why it feels like a scam. I get it they are big and not scamming but someone is not doing their job and then claiming no payment.
 
The odd deal is they have sent me 3 different names and emails to Zelle payment to but we followed the directions the very first day and that’s who NapsGear said needed to be listed for Zelle payment to be received .
 
Buddy this is why we recommend going with bitcoin. Especially if you want this to be done quickly because no source in the world and no company in the world I don’t care what industry they’re in is going to ship you products until they are paid and it’s confirmed.

I haven’t used any other payment method to buy this stuff in a long time we’re talking maybe five or six years and I’ve never had any issues with naps gear and I’ve done countless orders because I’m using the fastest method
My suggestion and I have a lot of empathy for you, but use the energy to learn how to use bitcoin and it will save you not only money in the future, but also will save you time
 
@LevButlerov and @jasonhill800 Here is NapsGear saying they have payment in a screenshot. The bank confirmation that it went through in a screenshot and who NapsGear said to send payment to in a screenshot but billing says didn’t happen. Someone please help at NapsGear as it seems like a circus at this stage. This is not me being a lil a$$ about it. It’s me having NapsGear now say through a forum payment was not made. So, I guess it’s for all to see it was made and to who they said to send to. Feels like NapsGear should be able to figure this out pretty simple. Yes, people are posting how great NapsGear is but it’s simple to see I’m feeling like a scam.

Anyone else from corporate at NapsGear that can help?

but now you know for the future. the fastest, cheapest, and best way for both parties is bitcoin. it takes minutes to confirm and both parties will have proof of the transaction

zelle is great for paying your rent every month, but its not a good idea when buying steroids online IMO. banks can step in and block the transaction at their discretion if they suspect you are using it to buy something illegal or any other reason. but banks can't block bitcoin
 
Awesome and will 100% be spending energy starting bitcoin for my future transactions. Glad the bank did not block it as we followed the direction’s NapsGear gave us regarding Zelle payment for the bank to allow the transaction to go through. Glad, meaning hopefully, @jasonhill800 can show the photos provided in the forum showing NapsGear said thank you for payment, it cleared the bank with confirmation number, and the directions they provided to send the payment to. Now we just need someone at NapsGear to see what was provided to @jasonhill800 here and to the NapsHelp ticket support system (which it’s been silent from NapsGear corporate) in this forum and thread as he said billing claims no payment.
Bitcoin for the future.

I’ve shown with screenshots the payment made, payment being acknowledged with a thank you for payment screenshot from NapsGear and the bank confirmed pictures of payment accepted and clearing the bank account. Go back and read and see photos before making someone here look like they are not paying. Your response is a bit silly to make. Seriously, I’m not the one looking a lil silly right now. Appreciate you chiming in but I do hope head moderators are a bit more detailed as I have been for proving payment made, accepted, and cleared. We are in week 3 of NapsGear being a bit lost on their billing system. Just want people to be cool and not try to make me look salty or wrong. Note the language you've used. In an early post you said Jason didn't exist based on a site response. Ergo an error by the site and or you.

I suspect this is a very simple and easy mistake made by one or the other party. For example just this week someone claimed a site ripped them off... only for us to point out they hadn't used the actual site. Jason also pointed out that they hadn't had a payment from the bank. Has, for example again, your bank NOT paid due to the nature of the products being purchased (happened a LOT with CC companies) vs seeing a 'confirmation of payment' from Naps

Hi brother, There might be issue with the zelle payment, but team will only ship your order once they receive bank confirmation about the payment.

I've again asked for new update on your issue.

Always use bitcoin for faster payment approval.

I’m simply confused because the bank says and my pictures from bank account show the payment went through.

It’s somewhere on the billings end as NapsGear says thank you for payment and bank hasn’t refunded me they said it cleared and it did clear my account with the confirmation I have provided. I called the bank who said it was accepted. It initiated on 3.1.26 and cleared my account on 3.2.26. The bank says the contact we were told to send to by NapsGear accepted payment.

*I’m wondering if the memo, did not have the order number in it and that’s the confusion.*

We can see in attached photos payment made, accepted, and cleared my bank account while being sent to right contact.

Seeing other posts on the forum NapsGear struggles with Zelle I just didn’t know this until after I joined the forum family and will use bitcoin only now.

No, nothing, complete runaround. Actually title of the post makes sense now. My bank said the only way to get the money back is to claim fraud and then I have to go into detail what the product was for. I have not done so yet as it seems pretty simple for a corporatation to see someone on their end messed up. Exactly, you’re the 4th person that says at least give credit. Whoever their collector of Zelle is didn’t do their job. At least that’s the only excuse I have is the collector didn’t collect and I don’t even know what that means as the bank says they have the $.

They don’t get that for $247 in proven purchase that even store credit would save face for them. No, nothing, complete runaround. Actually title of the post makes sense now. My bank said the only way to get the money back is to claim fraud and then I have to go into detail what the product was for. I have not done so yet as it seems pretty simple for a corporatation to see someone on their end messed up. Exactly, you’re the 4th person that says at least give credit. Whoever their collector of Zelle is didn’t do their job. At least that’s the only excuse I have is the collector didn’t collect and I don’t even know what that means as the bank says they have the $.

Yes, communication with @jasonhill800 has just been through the forum but he’s stating billing claims I have not paid as their collector has not received $, even though I received a notice saying thank you for payment from NapsGear. I do not even know what that means, collector. It’s been confirmed payment was made to who NapsGear said to send payment to with my bank and I’ve sent him and NapsGear and NapsHelp (no response from NapsHelp) the multiple pictures with the bank confirmation number in photos. I’ve given NapsHelp the confirmation number from bank several times in their ticket system. And in their profile for me. No response other than to send more money and to three (3) different Zelle accounts since the confirmation that it cleared my bank back on 3/2/26.

My personal attorney is willing to get involved as he is a buyer and said they would have to travel an attorney to South Dakota or hire one here. I’m just trying to at minimum get store credit for a proven purchase. I won’t back down over principle on my end.

On the way it's been handled - like I said when I mentioned searching (seemed to be a problem...) and again just from memory I can't think of any similar (zelle / bitcoin payments knowing going through etc) since I've been here. Naps have been around 20+ years now. Heck, on ANY forum I'm aware of (you'll sometimes see people refer to other forums here). Plus @jasonhill800 was here pretty quick, replied just not as you wish he had. That I can't help you with.

And, as I've said on other threads for all sorts of reasons, sometimes we post just for those reading.

I’ve been a napsgear customer several years and the same issue that this guy is having even on nap’s own website over the past few months I’ve read repeatedly problems with PROOF BUNK GEAR, or customers paying and not receiving gear. Some of the customers was promised a store credit for the bunk gear and never received it. All of this is public and can be read on there site. The thing that’s really pissing me off with this forum is y’all ask members to support your sponsors, and as long as it’s good positive reviews your ok with it , but soon as it’s a problem ALL OF YOU GANG UP on the member and try to make them look stupid or as if they did something wrong!! And it don’t take a rocket scientist to figure out all of you are WORKING TOGETHER. This guy has receipts and screenshots of all the emails he shouldn’t have to go thru this bullshit everyday. Out of fairness I will admit the several years I’ve done business with Naps I’ve encountered a few problems but they made it right. However I did have this same issue with one of your previous sponsors ( Which Is Now Out of Business) after I paid they stopped communicating, all of you made it look like it was my fault. After I kept posting about on here daily just like this guy is doing they finally responded and shipped the order, so I know what this guy is going through and definitely know how he feels. The good thing about me is I have more than one source, so why would I spend my money with a company that I’m reading everyday issues such as this ? And I no longer go off the forum’s recommendations for sponsors. I do my own research and do WHATS BEST FOR ME.

I would say not napsgear has issues but labs that ship for napsgear have issues, some do for sure but many are legit and shipping no issues :D @Jimbo$

I dont think napsgear is trying to play them on purpose :D I've seen napsgear around for 20 years+ @Jimbo$ its a hard situation when some labs dont ship right, they have like 100,000 customers/week imagine the issues so easy a 100 fall through cracks, its not an excuse but an explanation :D but i do see why you would be upset for sure

If the proof you mentioned appears on NapsGears own site (via the Q&A??) it doesn't look like what a scammer would do. I can, as I'm sure you know, ask if having a 14-inch cock is normal in that very same Q&A... doesn't make it mean that I have one. If I was pissed off (as someone on this very forum admitted to doing just 3 weeks back) I can claim all manner of BS. Again if Naps wanted to they'd remove those complaints. Hence why we ask.

There are numerous posts here relating to good and bad issue with NapsGear. Be that a positive experience review on one order or an issue just like this. It would be super easy to delete and remove if we wanted Naps to look perfect.

The idea that, as I and others have said, of what I think you'll agree MUST be 100's of thousands of customers that
1) They'd scam or rip off just you, the other fella and the OP (me making a point) makes no sense
2) The No1 issue is connected to Naps holding NO STOCK. They resell or drop ship. Meaning they 'sell' for a brand or distributor who are the ones shipping a product. Usually this is connected to stock levels not being kept up to date.
3) Banking issues happen too. Look at how, just a few years back, almost all PED big name sellers offered CC payments.

IIRC that seller you mentioned above was banned over weekend precisely due to issues like you experienced. Started out great and then dropped the ball. The forum bosses lost money, as they advertized here, but would rather do that than have scammers here. It hurts our rep too.

Finally and yes this has happened 2x in the past 3 weeks we've seen people literally using AI to fuck about with images trying to scam sources. So you'll excuse us if we wanna double check
 
Let me also address 'the past few months' as a thought. Today, by way of example, PSL had a 'not very good' kinda post. One comment related to how slow delivery was.

1) PSL and others are ALL dealing with Trumps tariffs.
2) Most sources obtain raws from... China. See 1)
3) NO source walks the product to your door. So it's as often as not ZERO to do with the seller as it is the carrier. In Naps case it's a 3 step, not two step process (cos they are not the company handing it to a carrier.
4) Chinese authorities have, according to some sources, ceased or at the very least placed HUGE restrictions on AAS manufacturing. Meaning that sellers like Naps and others WILL have issues. PSL, for example, mention both the tariff and carrier issue on their front page. But try getting customers to READ that. Instead of saying 'it's slower than it used to be'. QED

And on a more personal note I just submitted a complaint re a carrier this am. Dropped a package off at a drop shop (ironically going TO China) on the 2nd of March and it's not been updated since. So 22 days. I paid for a 5-8 day service and the Chinese buyer is being an (understandable) pain. But hey... let's ignore the war on between here and there, diverted flights etc

I dont think napsgear is trying to play them on purpose :D I've seen napsgear around for 20 years+ @Jimbo$ its a hard situation when some labs dont ship right, they have like 100,000 customers/week imagine the issues so easy a 100 fall through cracks, its not an excuse but an explanation :D but i do see why you would be upset for sure
Companies can be around for 20 years and then they go out of business. In fact the stats show this happens more than staying in business.
There are no cracks here other than the company cracking from the inside.

Funny how it turned to NapsGear isn’t the issue on bunk gear it’s the labs. Yea points like that are brought up but actually not about bunk gear about making things right when you sell bunk. @Sgtharvt is showing a companies principles over he said she said points and that’s just an example. They are losing customers daily because of issues and that’s a sign of poor business and @LevButlerov

So I’ll keep on my thread here and elsewhere showing the can of worms NapsGear is having with ZERO support from NapsHelp until it is resolved.

In the meantime, now 3 more dm’s in my support and 2 more friends have jumped in to say they are done purchasing at NapsGear.

That makes 18 buyers gone over an internal mistake at NapsGear with terrible support and the body count will grow. Make is right @jasonhill800 and NapsGear or keep losing.
 
I’ve been a napsgear customer several years and the same issue that this guy is having even on nap’s own website over the past few months I’ve read repeatedly problems with PROOF BUNK GEAR, or customers paying and not receiving gear. Some of the customers was promised a store credit for the bunk gear and never received it. All of this is public and can be read on there site. The thing that’s really pissing me off with this forum is y’all ask members to support your sponsors, and as long as it’s good positive reviews your ok with it , but soon as it’s a problem ALL OF YOU GANG UP on the member and try to make them look stupid or as if they did something wrong!! And it don’t take a rocket scientist to figure out all of you are WORKING TOGETHER. This guy has receipts and screenshots of all the emails he shouldn’t have to go thru this bullshit everyday. Out of fairness I will admit the several years I’ve done business with Naps I’ve encountered a few problems but they made it right. However I did have this same issue with one of your previous sponsors ( Which Is Now Out of Business) after I paid they stopped communicating, all of you made it look like it was my fault. After I kept posting about on here daily just like this guy is doing they finally responded and shipped the order, so I know what this guy is going through and definitely know how he feels. The good thing about me is I have more than one source, so why would I spend my money with a company that I’m reading everyday issues such as this ? And I no longer go off the forum’s recommendations for sponsors. I do my own research and do WHATS BEST FOR ME.

Please stay on top of Quentin Foster as he does not reply or I should say has not replied after given info and we are in week 4 of this same step repeated and repeated and repeated, etc, etc.

Naps needs to take accountability it’s that simple. I previously stated that I became a member of this forum because I was having continued issues with Napsgear. Had to join this community just to get resolution on all the order issues from naps subpar customer support. Jason seems to be the only one that can get anything resolved.

I would say of all my Napsgear orders in a 1 year time span I have had issues with 40% of them. In the end, Naps made 100% of them right. Now does that make me happy or want to continue supporting a hit or miss company? No, in the end it’s subpar service and a major headache. If that’s my experience I can’t imagine I’m the only one getting served a shit sandwich with every other order placed. Vets on here can go out of their way to stick up for a forum sponsor but again that means very little to me when I have experienced the opposite. And so many others online as well. We don’t need to name names or post proof, it’s all out there and will eventually catch up to more customers.

But luckily there’s other sources out there. No one is holding a gun to our head to shop Napsgear. I have moved to USP. Outstanding service and recent lab results of all their products.

Why did you quote me 4x? And I don't owe him a red cent so why is it on me to do the right thing? I haven't scammed any one. Even the OP doesn't really think he's been scammed. Do you? At best it's what we call a cock up and he either wants product or his money back. Perhaps an admission of a mistake.

On the ideas of a 'couple of hundred bucks' thing. I mentioned earlier that we had one member come on the forums and freely admit to trying to scam a source. It was, ironically, a positive review. They'd claimed X or Y wasn't sent. The sourced proved it had been. They then admitted the product worked just great and apologized for having a shitty day and being greedy. Another used Google AI earlier this month to virtually post an image of what looked like broken vials and ask for replacements. He got caught out too (wrong lids, labels not spelled correctly). His would have been about $200 US (it was circa $500 AUS). So it does happen. The threads are still there. Photos etc.

It'll be crazy ironic all round if it's a Zelle issue right? Both sides are relying on IT. It's, too date, this simple.

1. He places an order and selects his method of payment. He says he's sent confirmation
2. Nothing more happens. He gets concerned. We see this thread.
3. He, after prompting, puts up what he says are are screenshots.
4. But Naps, again after prompting by both the OP and Lev (see how fair I'm being) clearly say they never got paid.

Now there's a bunch more back and forth together with him looking for further examples (numbered and some quoted, a few prompted to come here) but that's kinda still it right? And it stays that way until, as the OP says it's fixed. I've been clear on why some issues can and do occur but, apart from right there, they've been about who sent what, how long it has taken etc and NOT about Naps feeling the pinch and helping themselves to $200 or so (hell maybe someone in payments received is dipping in the till - we shall find out)

Now Jason says he'll double check with whoever it is that looks after payments received. What happens if he comes back and says they've not had it? More posts? More screenshots? More 'little man' asides? You get to work with the thread of poor reviews on all the platforms you can find for months?

Or... somehow... Jason gets a positive 'we HAVE found the payment... yayy. Hugs all round and back to normality. Sweet
