Technically my rest day today, but I’m treating cardio as a non negotiable.

First day back at the work today, work was great about everything I’ve got going on and made it easy on me for sure.

Came home to super fast touchdown from @Southern Cross Labs with Tbol which I’m super excited to get started on my first proper cycle! 🤪

Leg Day

Trap bar deadlifts 145 x 10 3 sets

Leg Curls 55kg x 15 3 sets

Leg extensions 35 x 15 3 sets each leg

Felt great at the gym this morning, I feel I definitely get a lot out of the 10 rep range so I can really push the weight without the fatigue. If anyone can recall I’ve had back issues that needed to be fixed by strengthening my glutes and lower back muscles. So initially, my weight was low on the trapbar deadlift but now I feel im really getting up there in weight and have zero back pain! Only a nice muscular soreness occasionally.

Well I guess you could say 200mg test is a VERY generous trt but after great support and advice from my oil sponsor @Southern Cross Labs.

We’ve decided to run:

- Test 200mg week M/T
- Mast P 300mg M/W/F
- Tbol 40mg ED

For 6 weeks.

So why these compounds?

Continue on my Test Base

Mast P for a short cycle and short ester to combat any unwanted sides. Also to provide muscular hardness and drop subcutaneous water. Minimal effect on e2 conversion and in most cases limited side effects. I also had Mast P on hand if you are wondering why this over something else.

Tbol for muscular endurance ( a big thing I’m looking for) muscular strength and size retention and increased nitrogen retention. I also like that it doesn’t convert and that isn’t another factor to consider. Especially when I don’t know how my body responds.

I’m currently running 12.5mg aromasin EOD as my e2 levels were at 314 pmol but since then I’ve dropped my hcg from 1000iu to 500iu and lost body fat so I may drop it to 6.25mg. I’ll have bloods drawn soon before I start.

Back at work tomorrow to get back in the swing of things, will be good to see a few people and hopefully I don’t get dumped a whole lotta shit 🤣

What's up with the cycle being 6 weeks? Will that be with test E? I don't think that's anywhere near long enough. Would need 12 weeks. Or is it test P?

Thanks Mate! Legs are my strong suit for sure, loving building up the glutes and lower back without straining it!

I’m already cruising the Test E at 200mg so my levels for it are already stable while the Mast P and Tbol are the introduction and for the 6 weeks.

I am however looking at boosting the test up to 400 for the cycle though, probably something I can look at increasing to get my levels up before starting.

90kg x 11 ( went to do consecutive sets but just felt off, fingers were cramping. Couldn’t tell if it was dehydration low potassium, magnesium or salt 🤷

Chest Press Machine 54kg x 15 3 sets

Shoulder press machine 25kg x 15 3 sets

Tricep Extension Machine
32kg x 15 3 sets (each arm)

Cable Lateral Raises
10kg x 15 3 sets

Felt weird at the start of the workout. I got some surprisingly intense cramps that I’m really attest to anything. Luckily, during the workout it went away and I’ve upped my potassium/magnesium salt and water since to try and prevent it further.

Possibly the cycle start tomorrow, I’ll start pinning 400mg of test e for a week before starting the other compounds. I also have a few events over the next couple of days where I’ll have a fair few beverages so best to not have any orals until that’s over and done with.

Was able to keep heart rate in zone 2 almost pushing in zone 3. Definitely works for burning more calories so I’m pretty keen on it. Please don’t expect it after training legs though. Lol 😂

Forgot to get a photo but cooked up a nice kangaroo sizzle steak wrap with spinach and capsicum with Moroccan seasoning. Obviously not as good as a beef steak 🤣 but for the calorie to protein ratio of kangaroo it’s bloody brilliant!

11 incline :eek: that's impressive!! I think I need to up mine too, heart rate not as high as it was when I first started!

With the transition from Tripeptide to Reta. Just be aware that the hunger suppression on Reta is not as strong as it is with Tirzepatide. Just thinking out loud here but would it be better to come off completely, let the hunger hit and then jump on the Reta? I'm not an expert on the matter though...What are your thoughts @LevButlerov @HarleyGuy @stevesmi

Yeah it’ll get your heart going for sure. Atleast for me I noticed I was sort of just dawdling on the treadmill where as I’m actively working on the incline.

Yeah I’ve heard this, I think if I started at 2mg a day it’d be quite a bit weaker than what I’m used to for the gip and GLP 1 receptor but that I may feel it and get Nauseous from the glucagon receptors activation. Honestly, havnt looked this up to see if coming off or just switching over would be a good idea. A great evo question, I don’t think many others at all would have any experience with this!

yes retatrutide is much weaker than tirzepatide :D I would switch over slow.

Tirzepatide 5mg a week

Reta will start in a few weeks likely 2mg my start as I’ll be coming off Tirzepatide.
You can transition from Tirz to Reta easy... I've done this with HarleyGirl. I went from Sema, to Tirz, to Reta. Reta at 2mg to start will be fine. With HarleyGirl she did mention the appetite suppression wasn't as strong and I had to add in 1mg of Sema but she's now full on Reta with no issues.

5mg of Tirz is low-mid range dose (my Dad take 12.5mg) so 2mg Reta should be a good starting point to transition. Keep us posted on this and we may be able to go to 3. Nausea shouldn't be an issue I get reports that happens moreso with Sema.

Good workout today, felt alive and strong through the lifts. Decided to take on some advice from the gang at @Southern Cross Labs and really start pushing the incline. Was able to keep heart rate in zone 2 almost pushing in zone 3. Definitely works for burning more calories so I’m pretty keen on it. Please don’t expect it after training legs though. Lol 😂

Forgot to get a photo but cooked up a nice kangaroo sizzle steak wrap with spinach and capsicum with Moroccan seasoning. Obviously not as good as a beef steak 🤣 but for the calorie to protein ratio of kangaroo it’s bloody brilliant!

Well I am stalling in weight loss since starting test.
That could be just water and nitrogen retention bro, in the muscle, which is a good thing.

Keep us posted with the 2mg transition and check with @LevButlerov he might want you to start even lower and go slower, this is just what I've seen in my experience.

It was good yesterday, but today was a bit rough. Been blasting 12mg of glow daily just to get bpc and tb high. Ill run out soon so the canadian brothers helping out means a lot as early treatments important.

Hopefully ill get an msk ultrasound or mri requisition tuesday. If not ill have to go out of town to an urgent care place and try for imaging there.

Cant use that side much so its been healthy choice frozen meals lately. :LOL:

Thats the plan. Ive ordered BPC and TB standalones but wont see them for a few weeks. A canadian brother on here, @wye , has offered to send me some of his when his kits arrive. Thisll help bridge the gap between me slamming glow just to get the bpc and tb content and my kits arriving.

Ill definitely have to return the favour for sure.

My glow was ghk overfilled as well, so its more like glow60. Im currently getting 1mgBPC/2mgTB/9mgGHK from the dose, split between AM/PM.

My goal is 2mg BPC daily and TB 1mg daily. I can back the GHK down once things arrive. How i feel with the high ghk, not bad. I wouldnt want to go higher than 9mg daily, and certainly not run this long term either. But early treatment is important. Ive even raised gh to 6iu and i pin both directly into the torn lat.

Super smart man you're all over it and I understand now, I did 3mg GHKCU and was getting super hot legs and arms it was annoying for 1 hour apparently this happens at doses 3mg or higher.

Felt nice and strong the workout, felt that I was able to target the back well which is something I've struggled with occasionally and overstimulated the bicep. Getting more accustomed to the incline treadmill and really liking the amount of calories I'm allegedly burning while on the machine.

Daily Thoughts: Bit of thinking to do for me as to whether I started this or not today, for some, you may remember me posting about heading overseas soon but as we are still organizing a lot and I'm unable to get a clear indication on approximately when we'd be leaving. Instead of being in cycle purgatory I figured I'd go it and hopefully manage to have it done before the overseas trip. Honestly feel awesome today, I have the goal weight of 103kg but with the mast hopefully dropping some water I may even get close to 100! 😀

A nice smooth pin of my Mast P this morning and a cap of Tbol to kick it off with a pull day. As of 5pm this afternoon I can't really feel any changes but I know its an accrual affect. Straight on the cycle support this morning and taurine (for the tbol) to keep my lipids in check.

Felt nice and strong the workout, felt that I was able to target the back well which is something I've struggled with occasionally and overstimulated the bicep. Getting more accustomed to the incline treadmill and really liking the amount of calories I'm allegedly burning while on the machine.

Daily Thoughts: Bit of thinking to do for me as to whether I started this or not today, for some, you may remember me posting about heading overseas soon but as we are still organizing a lot and I'm unable to get a clear indication on approximately when we'd be leaving. Instead of being in cycle purgatory I figured I'd go it and hopefully manage to have it done before the overseas trip. Honestly feel awesome today, I have the goal weight of 103kg but with the mast hopefully dropping some water I may even get close to 100! 😀

My body and mind has been overstimulated over the last couple of weeks and figured it was time to rest the body. My ‘test’ flu has been working its way through my system and my blood pressure has somewhat stabilised it was nearly 140/70 yesterday but I’d had a big too much caffeine so I’m happier with it today.

Looking at adding in some citrus bergamot perhaps 1000mg a day to help with the blood pressure along with raising hdl and lowering ldl from the tbol. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 😃

I’ve also got a necessary blood panel to get checked out for early next week. Here’s what I’m thinking from imedical should be $138.

Super smart man you're all over it and I understand now, I did 3mg GHKCU and was getting super hot legs and arms it was annoying for 1 hour apparently this happens at doses 3mg or higher.
Yo, so i was doin 12mgs daily, 6mg AM/PM. Figured lets double it and see what happens. Why not right more has to be better. It was 100% just for science. 😂

Apparently 12mg Glow with 9mg of GHK ( cause my glow is slightly ghk overfilled) is too much in 1 pin. Straight into lat muscle, light headed in 3 mins with a slight touch of nausea. Passed in about 20-30mins id say, so ill be reducing back to 12mg (6+6) daily.

Super fun experiment. Lol

My body and mind has been overstimulated over the last couple of weeks and figured it was time to rest the body. My ‘test’ flu has been working its way through my system and my blood pressure has somewhat stabilised it was nearly 140/70 yesterday but I’d had a big too much caffeine so I’m happier with it today.

Looking at adding in some citrus bergamot perhaps 1000mg a day to help with the blood pressure along with raising hdl and lowering ldl from the tbol. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 😃

I’ve also got a necessary blood panel to get checked out for early next week. Here’s what I’m thinking from imedical should be $138.

Yeah it’s better medium rare but I had the sizzle steaks cut up for the wrap so it’s a bit hard when they’re so thin!

Yeah it’s going well thanks lads, some increased endurance and maybe strength I’m only on day 4 so hopefully by the end of the week. I’ll have a better grasp on how things are proceeding. My stomach bloat appears to be going away so I’m assuming that’s the mast. But this compound gives a good energy after a while for sure 😀

Yo, so i was doin 12mgs daily, 6mg AM/PM. Figured lets double it and see what happens. Why not right more has to be better. It was 100% just for science. 😂

Apparently 12mg Glow with 9mg of GHK ( cause my glow is slightly ghk overfilled) is too much in 1 pin. Straight into lat muscle, light headed in 3 mins with a slight touch of nausea. Passed in about 20-30mins id say, so ill be reducing back to 12mg (6+6) daily.

Super fun experiment. Lol

So I’ve been struck down properly with the flu, I’m still pretty ordinary today so I skipped the tbol and workout. Also missed hanging out with some mates at the Panthers/Eels matchup this evening which sucks! But that’s life, I actually go for the Rabbitohs but none of my mates do and I don’t blame them haha.

I had a good reflection on my current workouts and realised how much I was leaving on the table in neglecting certain muscle groups. I miss the adductors and abductors every workout, havnt done an abs workout since I started same with calves but they just seem to grow anyway. And also I to be missing my traps a fair bit. So I’ll be optimising over the next couple of weeks to make sure I don’t miss muscle groups anymore.

Diet was all about recovery plenty of vitamins minerals electrolytes etc just getting better so ideally I’ll be back at it tomorrow 💪

Yeah really loving the roo! Buy it for the macros and stay for the adequate steak, I’ve been overdoing the cook atm and I know i need it medium rare to make it a little less gamey!

Yeah I’m on the CS Supps pre workout that has both of those ingredients in it. My blood pressure has been much better since getting used to the androgen load though even when I’ve been sick so it’s all good.

I thought I had the ‘test’ flu initially but unless my missus snuck in a tbol by accident I think I’ve picked it up at work or at the gym. A lot of stress at the moment aswell so a few things kind of made me sick. I’m on the mend though luckily!

Week 1: Day 7:

So I’ve been struck down properly with the flu, I’m still pretty ordinary today so I skipped the tbol and workout. Also missed hanging out with some mates at the Panthers/Eels matchup this evening which sucks! But that’s life, I actually go for the Rabbitohs but none of my mates do and I don’t blame them haha.

I had a good reflection on my current workouts and realised how much I was leaving on the table in neglecting certain muscle groups. I miss the adductors and abductors every workout, havnt done an abs workout since I started same with calves but they just seem to grow anyway. And also I to be missing my traps a fair bit. So I’ll be optimising over the next couple of weeks to make sure I don’t miss muscle groups anymore.

Diet was all about recovery plenty of vitamins minerals electrolytes etc just getting better so ideally I’ll be back at it tomorrow 💪

My best mate was there supporting the eels yesterday oh man… to be fair at the backend of last year they were on! Hopefully come good this year! Rabbits are going well to start but at one point last year they were spoon favourites soooooo… lol

That's been Parra for the most part of the last decade unfortunately, we actually went to a street festival yesterday and they had a stand, we ended up getting some free eels merch, got a few hats and a flag.

Manic Monday today, plenty to do at work today and still found myself chatting away on evo as you do!

Feeling good within myself today, pinned my Test E using a new 27g 3/4inch needle and felt that it went IM in the shoulder without a nagging pain after. Gym session went well today plenty of energy from the tbol and preworkout at the gym today but my cardio was lacking still. So as @HarleyGuy has said to me I’m still not 100% but good enough to train for sure 😀
Looking at getting bloods at the end of next week so itll
