Pharma tech labs blood work issue

Hey guys, I'm new here but am not overly new to PEDS. I've been on TRT 160 mg/ week. I've done cycles of syn deca and syn tren over the years. I've been off gear for a year other than TRT.

My syn rep has a 3 item minimum and I'm kicking myself for ordering off a shitty website and got this pharma tech labs shit. All I wanted was t400 and tren. Only 2 items. So before doing homework I ordered. Like I said, I'm kicking myself now. Either way, I got their T400 and TNT. I hear this is bad gear or fake so at the end of this I would love your opinions.



On dec 9 I injected .5 of the t400 (200mg) and 50mg test cyp (.5 of 100mg/ml) from my prescription (just to empty the vial).

I then went to do some homework on them and found a post or 2 on here about them being fake or bunk. I got concerned and am now hooked up to order from a trusted source on here.

But lucky for me my sister-in-law is the head nurse at my clinic and I can order bloods whenever I want at no charge. (Canada)

So the EVENING of Dec 12th I injected 1 ml of the t400. I did blood work the next afternoon. I didn't expect a huge jump from that shot but figured if the last shot wasn't bunk I would know.

Oh and the reason for increasing test to 400 is I'm starting a cycle. I'm sure we can discuss that later but will be 500 test and 200 tren e.

Dec 13th I did my bloods they are attached. Keep in mind the unit is not what you're used to seeing. I have also attached the conversions.

Do you all think this is bunk? Underdosed or probably ok?

I tested so close to the shot because I didn't want the doc to see a crazy number yet as he will see the results. I will risk it for the data in a couple weeks.

My opinion is it's fine as the shot on the 9th was 250mg (close to what I usually inject for my TRT) and the end of week blood work level was about what it tests at with the pharmacy dose. Also the TESTOSTERONE DECANOATE would stay longer.

Your thoughts?

I think we will need to see your blood tests in two weeks to see if that 400mg of pharma tech test is close to what it's been advertised as. 400mg should be pushing your total test levels way higher (I presume). For reference, my body on just growth hormone secretagogues has total test of 14.8 nmol/L and I think that is pretty average for a natural. 400mg should be pushing you way up in the reference range

PharmaTech is sold on SYN’s website as an alternative brand to SYN. Where did you order the Pharma Tech from?

PGAnabolics.is A well known person on the Ontario seen told me they are lagit. but this stuff is stright up oil.. I was wanting to order SYN but it's all sold out.

Sorry but I threw the boxes out.Do they actually put proper batch numbers on them.UG labs always just used the same numbers on everthing. What I can say is the boxes are made with really flimsy. The bottles sure as hell don't have batch numbers.I guess we will see if my leaves crash next week.

Yes I'm very aware of PGAnabolics.is https://pganabolics.is/ and that is not a trusted Canadian approved source on EVO so it may well have been and likely was a vial of grapeseed. I also do not recommend PharmaTech even if purchased off of the official SYN website.

@biogenix Test is good to go bro and MCT oil is my favourite. It might have had PIP if you're not used to the concentration and there are many ways to mitigate this along with proper site injection selection and volume of injection.

• Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
• The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
• Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:

• Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
• It will take 15-20 minutes max.
• We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

TLDR pharma tech T-400 is fake or extremely under dosed.

My friends experience: So my buddy got the pharma tech T-400 about 6 months ago and after running 1ml (400mg)/week for over a month, his bloodwork showed very low testosterone levels I think it was 10nmol. I figured he was not injecting the right amount and just doing .1ml instead of 1 because he was new to the gear world and I brushed it off and didn’t really believe he was measuring the dose correctly. But he was sure it was bunk and bought a replacemt t400 from syn. At point I had already tried pharma techs masteron enanthate 200mg/ml which raised my free test significantly and affected my cholesterol on bloodwork and the pharma tech tren enanthate 200mg/ml which felt really potent at just 10mg/day and affected sleep a bit and gave me a nice dry look. So I still figured they were legit and my buddy wasn’t pinning properly. Btw all were bought from pg anabolics

As for myself, for the past 8 weeks I’ve been running my vial of T-400 at a 1:1 ratio with pharma tech Equipoise 300mg/ml doing daily injections of 42 mg daily of each (300mg weekly of each). No man I'm way to busy.I think I've just reached my bodies abilities.I'm 5'8 at 170 about 8%.The heaviest I've ever been is 190, but that was 17years ago.And took me years. I have a crazy fast metabolism. I stopped trying 13years ago and dropped down to 145!!! It's taken me 2years to get me to 170 while be on gas. If I jump to 750mg of test I'll start gaining, but my prostate starts acting up at that does.

. If my doctor sees my levels,they will cut me off my scrip.Unless I drop my does for 3weeks then get tested. But they still might if my enzymes are high.

Thanks for posting your experience with Pharma Tech @CANbeefpattiee. If you really want Pharma Tech I would avoid pganabolics like the plague. You can get Pharma Tech from SYN @SYNPharmaDist at privatesourcecanada.com although SYN is currently sold out of Pharma Tech TestE.

What Anavar did you use (brand?) and can you post pics of your bunk TestE and the anavar too for us to learn more?

I unfortunately don’t have my package the anavar came in as I swapped it into a pill container I have. The product is syn and I’ve never had any issues with syn products . Love them .

Nope never got it from a syn official. Wish I knew about the forums pre to buying from the site . Would have totally bought from a rep knowing what I know now. Sometimes unfortunately you gotta learn the hard way . My fault .

Also friend of mine got their deca and seemed to really like it and notice a difference even at low dose. So maybe it’s a bad batch of test400. I’d accept that, but seeing as pg anabolics hasn’t responded to my email for a while now it’s feeling a little scammy or like they at least knew it was bunk and still sold the vials.

I would be pissed!!! I always do small orders first,Just to make sure. This is the third person in 3 weeks that has completed about This clown! He most definitely knows.IF You look at his reviews on his page,They are all on the same dates on every product.

TLDR pharma tech T-400 is fake or extremely under dosed.

My friends experience: So my buddy got the pharma tech T-400 about 6 months ago and after running 1ml (400mg)/week for over a month, his bloodwork showed very low testosterone levels I think it was 10nmol. I figured he was not injecting the right amount and just doing .1ml instead of 1 because he was new to the gear world and I brushed it off and didn’t really believe he was measuring the dose correctly. But he was sure it was bunk and bought a replacemt t400 from syn. At point I had already tried pharma techs masteron enanthate 200mg/ml which raised my free test significantly and affected my cholesterol on bloodwork and the pharma tech tren enanthate 200mg/ml which felt really potent at just 10mg/day and affected sleep a bit and gave me a nice dry look. So I still figured they were legit and my buddy wasn’t pinning properly. Btw all were bought from pg anabolics

As for myself, for the past 8 weeks I’ve been running my vial of T-400 at a 1:1 ratio with pharma tech Equipoise 300mg/ml doing daily injections of 42 mg daily of each (300mg weekly of each). Overall I definitely got more muscular fullness, gained a tiny bit of strength, and had a much better feeling in my joints (eq maybe?) But mentally I don’t feel much different from my trt dose of 20mg/day (prescription test from pharmacy)
After getting my bloodwork done 2 days ago I was extremely surprised to find my total test in the gutter at 9 nmol/l ! Estradiol just showed <40 but I expected it to be low from the eq. However my test has never been this low even as a natty. Considering that I’m pinning .75 ml of the t-400 I can conclude it must be extremely under dosed or maybe nothing at all just oil. Really disappointed, and will not be messing with pharma tech again. Sucks because I have a test prop and a test enanthate from them and now don’t trust the vials or amounts. The other roids seemed to be great but it’s also my first time trying those compounds so not too sure if they’re dosed properly. I messaged pg anabolics and awaiting a reply, also couldn’t even post a review as it has to be approved lol. Otherwise I’ve had good experience with pg, but after this will not be returning. PGAnabolics is garbage. Not trusted. Anything you got from them I'd throw it in the garbage. Here's a pic of a time when I threw my PharmaTech Deca in the garbage.

SYN doesn't have much Pharma tech products left. they no longer carry them. Mostly orals left.

Yup pretty brutal. Pharma tech is still for sale yup. He said something like “ pharma tech had quality material issues and that there is a world wide shortage but pharma has rectified this issue”
So he’s sending some proctor labs products which I honestly don’t know will be any better.

I haven’t seen or heard much about proctor labs. I just emailed him told him the situation and had proof with my blood work. Also there was 4 of us who all ordered at the same time so we got several of emails all at once. That might of caught his attention.

I would keep on trying you might get some different stuff but As far as pharma tech I wouldn’t trust it. I just can’t see the guy sending more bunk shit out right away after getting called out.

Calling PGAnabolics a scammer is a joke. I ordered from them for the first time through evo actually many many years ago. They're one of the OG sources in Canada in business for 10+ years. I've personally used them countless times throughout the years and so have many of my friends. Always great products and customer service.

And FYI PG is not a lab...they sell many brands so it seems like one of the brands that they dealt with had a bad batch. Shit happens....looks like they're being the standup source that they have always been and replacing whatever bad products that went out. This is a source that has had a superb reputation for maybe a decade or more. Trying to kickdown a legendary source like PG when they've had a hiccup after years of excellence, especially when they are trying to make right bad product from one of their suppliers is a shitty thing to do. Some of you guys must be new to this game if you think bad batches don't happen with every single brand or site.
