WEEK 7 - TUESDAY [31.03.26]
Evening Evo Fam!
Well, today was filled with some urgent matters needing to be pushed off my plate, but not without starting the day off strong with a pull session


.
Spent the rest of the day focusing on some life admin tasks and quiet reflection on my log nearing its end. Although the initial focus of this log was to continue the cut from my first log, it quickly did a 180 and ended up being a bit of a recomp and reverse diet progression.
Irrespective of the change in plans, I have been extremely well supported by those around me. I paused to think about whether I had done enough during this log, whether I could have done more... then found myself down a rabbit hole with all the whattaboutisms etc.
I snapped myself back to reality and had to remind myself of exactly how far I have come, how much I have achieved. I have 100% committed to my fitness journey, I leave nothing in the tank during my training sessions, and stick to my meal plan wholeheartedly... completely locked in

!
Not long ago, I decided to kick the unhealthy habits and focus on rebuilding a healthy lifestyle for not only myself, but for my family. I chose to look after myself, so that I could be a healthier version of myself for my children and my wife
@RogueCherry. I faced adversity head-on with my first broken bone after a month of kicking into my health phase. I didn't slow down. I was not negative about it. I chose to remain in the moment and move towards achieving my goals.
This is a reminder for anyone who loses sight of their goals, or lets negative thoughts—or the opinions of people who don’t understand their situation—creep in: stay grounded, stay focused, and remain committed to what you’re working toward.

TRAINING - PULL DAY
Felt amazing during this session. Numerous weight increases across exercises and forearms were assisted with lifting straps throughout my routine, which made a massive difference. I still had a bit of pain/discomfort during my bicep curls, so I had to keep the weights light and focus on moving through the sets with minimal aggravation.
