Manic Monday today, plenty to do at work today and still found myself chatting away on evo as you do!

Feeling good within myself today, pinned my Test E using a new 27g 3/4inch needle and felt that it went IM in the shoulder without a nagging pain after. Gym session went well today plenty of energy from the tbol and preworkout at the gym today but my cardio was lacking still. So as @HarleyGuy has said to me I’m still not 100% but good enough to train for sure 😀
Looking at getting bloods at the end of next week so itll

Thanks Bro! Yeah just monitoring it on cycle. It was up a bit when I started. I think my body was just adapting to the increased androgen signalling. But it seems ti have stabilised now 😀

Got my bloods back this morning. From my knowledge everything bar the liver and cholesterol markers is looking okay. E2 is a bit low aswell.

For your information my current stack is:
300 test a week M/T injection
300 mast a week M/W/F injection
40mg Tbol ED
500iu hCG a week M/W/F
Aromasin 6.25ED

Supplements
N2guard 7 caps
Fish oil 4500mg
Taurine 3mg a day
Psyllium husk 2 tablespoons
Citrus Bergamot 1000mg
NAC 250mg
Tudca 400mg

I had not trained the day prior to collection ( well I did cardio) and was due for my next test injection the next day. I had it taken on Wednesday morning.

Any advice for helping with any key markers?

Liver is definitely a bit grumpy. You are taking really good supplements to help so I am other sure if maybe the tbol is spiking it a bit. Thats my only real take. Rest is marginal 🩵

ALT AST likely related to your high training, how far from the bloods did you train? @jenkemj

ALT / AST Are definitely a little out you would think the n2 gaurd would be assisting there
In regards to e2 could take your aromasin every second day
Yeah for sure I thought it’d be a bit more the alt/ast. I actually had sensitive nipples and assumed my e2 was high if anything so I’m glad it’s checked! I’ll switch to 6.25mg EOD

Last of training outside of cardio was the Monday evening before the Wednesday morning bloods

This why im not a big fan of orals.

If instead of 40mg of TBOL a day, you increased your injectable Test by 40mg a day, you'd get way better gains and almost no side effects.

Great job getting bloods done at 4 weeks brother, that's the right time to check with an oral in the mix. Let me go through them:

Liver (ALT/AST elevated)
Expected with Tbol honestly. 17-alpha alkylated so liver stress is just part of it. You're already on NAC + TUDCA which is solid, that's doing most of the work for your liver. Some elevation at 40mg ED after 4 weeks is pretty normal. If it's under 3x upper limit you can keep going but I'd drop to 20mg ED. If strength is still there at 20 why push it right?

E2 LOW - this one matters most.
Your Oestradiol came back at 73 pmol/L and Total T is 36.6 nmol/L. E2 is technically "in range" (<150) but it's way too low for that test level. Here's the math on it:

T:E2 Ratio
Convert both to conventional units:
- Total T: 36.6 nmol/L x 28.84 = 1,056 ng/dL
- E2: 73 pmol/L x 0.2724 = 19.9 pg/mL
- Ratio: 1,056 / 19.9 = ~53:1

You want this between 14-30:1. At 53:1 you're running way too dry. Basically for every unit of estrogen you've got almost double the testosterone you should.

What's happened is Mast P at 300mg already works as an anti-estrogen at the receptor. Then you stacked Aromasin 6.25mg ED on top and the two together just nuked your E2. The nipple sensitivity you had was probably DHT/prolactin related not estrogen.

Watch for low E2 signs: achy joints, flat mood, dead libido, dry skin, fatigue. Any of that ring a bell?

I'd drop the Aromasin completely and let the Mast do the E2 work on its own. 300mg Mast with 300mg Test should be enough to keep things in check. If you start getting legit high E2 sides like holding water, getting emotional, itchy nips with puffy areolas then bring Aromasin back at 6.25mg E3D max. Less is more with AIs mate. Retest in 4-6 weeks and see where that ratio lands.

SHBG at 6
Crashed hard (ref 15-50). Pretty standard with orals like Tbol and high androgens though. Means nearly all your test is unbound which sounds great but it also means E2 gets cleared faster. One more reason to ditch the Aromasin.

Cholesterol
Expected on orals + AAS. Keep the Citrus Bergamot going, keen to see that ApoB when it comes back. That's the one that actually tells you about cardiovascular risk not total cholesterol.

All up nothing crazy in these bloods mate just needs some tweaks. Drop the Tbol dose, bin the Aromasin or drop to E3D max, retest in 4-6 weeks and I reckon you'll feel heaps better 💪

Above are the ApoB results so the ratio is 1.78 caused by a big dip in high cholesterol. Any advice on whether to drop tbol completely instead of lower to 20mg a day or keep as is? Not sure as to the risk of ApoB ratio.

Cheers for posting these brother, this is exactly what I wanted to see.

So your ApoB/ApoA1 ratio at 1.78 is bad mate. Optimal for us is below 0.60, even general population target is under 0.90. You're sitting at double the high risk threshold.

Working backwards from that ratio, your ApoA1 is around 0.67 g/L (1.19 / 1.78). Ref range starts at 1.10, and for enhanced athletes anything below 0.90 is the "stop the oral now" line. You're well under that.

Your ApoB at 1.19 g/L is also above optimal (target under 0.90 for primary prevention). The lab ref of 1.70 is pretty generous honestly.

Since you said you're not sure about the risk of the ratio, here's the simple way to think about it. ApoB counts the "bad" particles floating around that can clog your arteries. ApoA1 counts the "good" particles that clean them out. The ratio is basically bad guys vs good guys. At 1.78 you've got nearly twice as many bad particles as good ones. You want that flipped the other way, ideally 0.60 or lower where the good guys outnumber the bad by almost 2 to 1.

Your Tbol crashed the good guys (ApoA1) while the bad guys (ApoB) stayed high. That's the double hit orals give you.

Your supplement stack is already solid for lipid recovery:
- Citrus Bergamot 1000mg (good for lowering ApoB)
- Fish Oil 4500mg (solid dose)
- Psyllium Husk (binds bile acids, helps clear LDL particles)

Two things worth adding:
- Berberine 500mg 2x/day with meals. Helps with LDL particle count and insulin sensitivity
- Niacin extended-release 500mg/day, work up to 1000mg. This one specifically raises ApoA1 which is what you need most right now

Give it 6-8 weeks off the Tbol then retest. You want that ratio back under 0.80 before thinking about another oral. Your ApoA1 should bounce back well once it's out of the equation.

That was so helpful mate, I’m dropping the tbol immediately and I’ve got the berberine and niacin coming through Amazon tomorrow to hopefully swiftly normalise my levels. Appreciate you bro!

Just stay on top of that ApoB with the berberine and give it 4-6 weeks before retesting, should see it start coming down once the Tbol is out of the picture 💪
Thanks bro, gotta holiday overseas coming up so I’m dropping the mast now aswell to make the movement a bit quicker. Should be eating healthy and hiking on this trip though so ideally it’ll keep improving steadily while I’m there!
 
Off in 2.5 weeks and going for 2.5 weeks. Super keen, gonna be in the wilderness so I’ll some man vs wild workout routine to do while I’m there haha. Heaps of trekking though and my goal is to lose weight so that objective shouldn’t be a problem!
Love the wildness, I live in rural so I'm very spoilt. Just enjoy and try to do as much as you can while away but dieting is the main thing make sure you fuel enough and have plenty of water👌

Under 105 today! Really looking forward to the double digits no matter how far it seems. Unfortunately due to my bloods I made the decision to drop both the test and the mast due to my Cholesterol and more importantly my apoB ratio. I bought some niacin and berberine to hopefully speed up the regulation process before I head overseas in a few weeks ✌️ a got a lot out of it. I felt my strength and endurance increase drastically while on a cut, really feeling off from the compounds now though.

Under 105 today! Really looking forward to the double digits no matter how far it seems. Unfortunately due to my bloods I made the decision to drop both the test and the mast due to my Cholesterol and more importantly my apoB ratio. I bought some niacin and berberine to hopefully speed up the regulation process before I head overseas in a few weeks ✌️ a got a lot out of it. I felt my strength and endurance increase drastically while on a cut, really feeling off from the compounds now though.

Smart call dropping the test for the BP mate, health always wins over short term gains. 10 point BP drop in a day speaks for itself. The cardio is brutal and the scale is still moving so sub 100 is locked in regardless. Respect for reading the bloods and acting on them 🙏

Honestly so proud of myself, I’m getting comments everywhere now about how good I’m looking either I’m looking skinny or muscly I’ll take both! It’s all relative but it fuels the fire to keep going and keep at it!
